GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
1. The rental contract is nominative, strictly personal, and non-transferable.
2. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay will be required upon booking. You will then receive a booking confirmation.
3. The remaining balance of the rental amount will be paid one month before your arrival date.
4. In the event of cancellation, any amount paid remains with the campsite. We recommend purchasing Covid cancellation and extension insurance.
5. If, for any reason, the planned length of stay is shortened, the total amount of the stay remains with the campsite.
6. Rentals are retained for 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this period, they are canceled and the amount paid remains with the campsite.
7. The accommodation may be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
8. The pitch may be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
9. A €300.00 deposit is required upon arrival.
An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure. Any missing items or damage noted, including interior cleaning, will be deducted from the deposit.
A cleaning fee (€80) is available.
HOUSE RULES
Campsite residents are required to comply with the house rules posted at the campsite entrance, in particular to refrain from making noise or driving between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Each guest acknowledges having read the house rules and agrees to comply with them. MISCELLANEOUS
For safety reasons, any visitor or guest of campers or tenants residing at the campsite must register with our offices before being allowed to enter the campsite. Both visitors and guests are under the responsibility of the camper or tenant hosting them. Visitors (adults and children) must pay a fee of €5.00 depending on the period to use the campsite's facilities (swimming pool, playground, restrooms, shops, etc.). If the visitor spends a night on the camper's or tenant's pitch, the campsite will apply the current rates, which will be paid by the persons concerned upon arrival (guests, campers, or tenants).
