Attention : The local tax of : 0,40 € per person per night for person more than 8 years old is not incluse.
General condition of sale :
All hirings of a gite, mobil home, caravan or an emplacement is registered and may not be sub-let without the permission of the management.
In case of cancelation :
- More than 31 days before the date of arrival e forfeit of 10 % of the total rentalplus the deposite will be retained by the camping.
- 31 to 15 days beforethe date of arrival a forfeit of 25 % plus the deposite will be retained by the camping.
- 14 days up to the date of arrival a forfeit of the whole amount plusthe deposit will be retained by the camping. No re embousement if you leave early.
Any change of arrival date must be notified in writing (or by mail) to the management. If that it 's not the case the management reserves the right to re-let the locationor the emplacement 24 hours after. The complet regulation of ollawance after all require this.
All visitors on arrival must report to the reception and pay the relevant fee for their visit.They are the responsability of their hosts whilst on the campsite.
Caution :
For all locations (gîte, mobil home or caravan) a security dedposit of 200 € is payable on the arrival to cover all domages, lees or breakages.
Before leaving your location must be clean and tidy. If this is not the case, after inspection, a forfeit of 50 e will apply. all breakages must be paid for (prices on the inventory).
Paiement of the local tax :
The paiement of the local tax is due for payment on arrival after you have seen your rental location.
Reservation :
The reservation would be made by a senior member of the group. The number of people indicated on the reservation form will be respected. All additional persons should pay the relevant amount indicated on the bill.
