CAMPING LA FAGE

The reception is open from 9am to 19pm The snack bar and takeaway are open every evening when the campsite is open. In high season we can also offer a restaurant. You can order fresh bread and pastries for the following day, paying upon collection of your order. Our grocery store is open during July and August.

Included in the tariff: The rent, electricity, water, gas for the rental unit and access to the La Fage campsite services.
Not included: Visitors staying more than 2 hours, animals and extra vehicles which are subject to the charges specified on the table of tariffs.
Rental of a pitch by the year is subject to contract and is not detailed here.
1. Booking- cancellation- Payment
A booking will be secured after:
a. A completed contract is received
b. A deposit of 25% of the total of the stay, plus a registration fee of 10€ is paid. The deposit will be deducted from the total payable.
c. The client has agreed to abide by the general conditions and rules of the campsite.
You will receive a written confirmation of your booking in less than 8 days. If the booking was made via the internet, the confirmation will be by email.

Last minute bookings
All bookings which are made less than 30 days before the arrival date, must be made online (via our website) and paid in total.
For the campsite pitches
The remaining total of your rent must be paid on the day of arrival at the campsite.
For the rental units
The total must be settled 30 days prior to your arrival without any reminder.
In the absence of payment of the balance within this time, the booking will be considered as cancelled and the previously paid deposit will be forfeited. The booking fee is non refundable.
The cancellation/interruption insurance offered by Camping La Fage in partnership with Campez Couvert is optional but advisable.
This warranty represents 2.8% of the total price and must be purchased on the day of reservation by checking the cancellation insurance when booking on line or by post.
In case of cancellation or curtailment of the trip, please advise the campsite when you leave and report the claim on http://www.campez-couvert.com/declaration/ or by phone on + 33 248 659 395 (* see General Insurance and subscription documents in site conditions).
No refund will be made if cancellation insurance is not purchased.
In the case of a no show at the campsite, 48 hours after the beginning of your stay and without proof and or news of your arrival we reserve the right to re-let your accommodation. We will not refund the balance as laid out in our cancellation policy.
2. Rental period

It is the client's responsibility to provide public liability insurance and cover for the rental unit, caravan, motorhome or tent and any material.
Pitches are available from 2pm onwards and must be vacated by 11 am.
The rental units are available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10 am and after being checked by the management and deemed to be clean.
It is imperative that the hours of arrival and departure are respected by the clients.
Tents, caravans or motor homes must be installed on the pitches as instructed by the management.
The number and location of the pitch as described in the booking maybe subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.
Rental charges
The rental charges are payable at the reception. There is a table of these charges at the entrance to the Campsite and in the reception. The price is per night and the total is calculated according to the length of your stay.
Clients are invited to notify the management of the date of their departure, at least one day before and upon arrival during July and August.
3. Damage deposit
A damage deposit is payable for any material borrowed or rented, the amount of which is determined by the value of the material.
For the rental units, a damage deposit of 300€ by credit card (not debited) upon arrival and consists of:
-200€ to cover any damage to the property
-100€ to act as a cleaning deposit
No pre-inventory will be established the day before departure. In case of departure outside opening hours of the reception, no complaint will be considered if the cleanliness of the rental does not correspond to that required in the documents in each rental, and the deposit retained.
Please note that we take great care to ensure the property is clean upon arrival but if you discover that it is not, it must be reported on the day of arrival. Notification after this time will not be accepted.
It is expressly forbidden to use the bedding provided by the campsite without using the protective coverings provided for each bed.
It is imperative to leave in place the mattress protectors which are already on each mattress.
Extra information
The client agrees to the use of any images taken by the Campsite for advertising purposes.
The Camping La Fage's rental (mobil home) are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Opening dates
The campsite is open from mid- April until mid -October.
The Canadian tents, Carribean tents and wooden chalets are available from the 1st June until the 1st September.
The swimming pool is heated from the mid May until the mid September.
The restaurant and grocery store are open from the 1st July until the 1st September. The inflatables are available from the 1st of May until the 1st September (weather dependant).
Also for hire
Sheets for single and double beds, cots, fridges, electric fans (limited number, so reservation is advised). Please see the table of charges.
Cleaning charge
90€ (includes mopping of floors, cleaning of windows, cleaning of sinks, showers and toilets).
Not included: Folding of bedding, removal of disposable under-sheets , emptying and cleaning of bins, cleaning of cafetiere and kitchen surfaces, washing, drying and putting away of all crockery and the sweeping of the floors.
Included in the rental charge are:
Use of the swimming pool, TV room, inflatables and sports areas, concerts in July and August, Wi-Fi access (2hrs free/day)) and campsite entertainment (except the lottery and theme nights).
Not included:
Washing and drying machines, carting, massages and any activities offered by outside agencies.
The tourist tax is 0.50 € per day per person over 18 years. The prices are guaranteed for the season except modification of VAT and tax.
Animals are accepted except for category one dogs (Staffordshire terriers, American Staffordshire terriers, mastiff or Tosa).There is a maximum allowed of 2 per pitch and they must have a valid rabies certificate.
