RENTAL AGREEMENT
Between the undersigned, the following has been agreed and determined.
Mrs Fresnais of LE BELLEVUE campsite 220 route verte 17120 BARZAN, acting in her capacity as owner, on the one hand, and
access to the campsite's leisure activities.

Acting as a seasonal tenant on the other hand, rents an accommodation located on the campsite “LE BELLEVUE” in BARZAN.

3 - The tenant stops the rental and pays a deposit of 30% of the rent plus administration costs (20 €), i.e.: ............. € to the campsite.
4 - The tenant undertakes to pay the owner the balance of the rental agreed and remaining due, i.e. the sum of ....................... € 30 days
before arrival at the campsite. However, if the tenant wishes to pay the balance in cash, this will be done on the day of arrival.
Failure to use the agreed means of payment will incur a penalty of 4% of the total amount of the reservation. In the
