Willkommen im Südburgund auf dem Camping Lac de Saint-Point. Mit Ihrem Aufenthalt können Sie in das Herz unserer schönen Region in Südburgund eintauchen und ihre reichhaltige Gastronomie und Weintradition kennenlernen (wir befinden uns ganz in der Nähe von Solutré und seinem berühmten Weinberg: St. Véran, Pouilly Fuissé, Macôn rot und weiß, Burgund). Ein Besuch des Schlosses von Alphonse de Lamartine zeigt Ihnen das Leben dieses Politikers und Poeten der französischen Literatur. Unser Campingplatz, der sich zwischen den vom Poeten so geschätzten Hügeln und Wäldern befindet, empfängt Sie mit seinen schattigen Stellplätzen am See. Ruhe und Entspannung werden bei Ihrem Aufenthalt den Ton angeben.

Positiv: Séjour sympathique. Le camping est très sympa, l'accès au lac facile et le restaurant/bar très agréable.

Verbesserungswürdig: Je pense qu'il y a eu un souci de gestion/réservation car comme indiqué ci dessous, nous devions avoir un emplacement avec sanitaire et nous avons eu un emplacement simple sans sanitaire.

Positiv: Rustige groene camping met netjes sanitair

Verbesserungswürdig: Ik mis een wc bril. In één van de gebouwen is afwas faciliteit niet goed. De afwas bakjes zijn veel te klein, zodat de afwas bak er onmogelijk in kan. Licht gaat te snel uit in de douche. Dus als het rustig is sta je in het donker.

Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Scope of application of the terms and conditions

These terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the website www.campingsaintpoint.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions prior to booking a stay, both for themselves and for any other person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these terms and conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by sending a written request to the establishment's head office.

Article 2 - Booking conditions

2.1 Prices and payment

The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. Customers are advised that tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount for the stay.

For any unreported delay, the rental/pitch becomes available 12 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be retained by the campsite management.

2.2 Booking and payment

Bookings can be made by telephone, by mail, or online at www.campingsaintpoint.com. All bookings must be accompanied by a payment including:
• A deposit corresponding to: 30% of the total price of your rental and any additional services
• 100% of the price of the cancellation/interruption insurance premium if you wish to take it out.
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. No deduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure. Any reservation not paid for in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be canceled.

2.3 Cancellation

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. This policy offers cancellation coverage, allowing you to obtain a refund of the amounts paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.). The premium for this option is payable in full at the time of booking (3.5% of the total amount of the stay, excluding booking fees and tourist taxes).
Please note that, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Camping du Lac are subject to the right of withdrawal. Consequently, any cancellation made by the customer after booking and before departure will result in:
• In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, Camping du Lac will retain the deposits paid by the customer.
• In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the customer will be required to pay the full price of the stay.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the campsite by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Deadlines are calculated from the date of receipt of the registered letter. In all cases of cancellation, the cost of the cancellation insurance taken out at the time of booking will not be refunded.Article 3 - Stay

3.1 Arrivals and Departures

For rentals and camping: arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures are before 10 a.m.

3.2 Deposit

A deposit of €300 per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during cash desk opening hours, after an inventory has been carried out. Any damage will be added to the price of your stay, as will cleaning costs if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition. If you are unable to be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.

3.3 Departure

Any return of keys or vacating of the pitch after 11 a.m. will result in an additional night being charged. Any extension of stay must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

3.4 Animals

Animals with up-to-date vaccinations are allowed inside the rentals.

3.5 Internal rules

As required by law, you must adhere to our internal rules, which are filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception desk, and a copy of which will be provided to you upon request.

Article 4 – Liability

The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the camper's equipment caused by the camper himself; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).

Article 5 - Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application shall fall within the jurisdiction of the District Court or Commercial Court of Macon.
