Verbesserungswürdig: Dass die Toiletten in Frankreich nicht getrennt und ohne Toilettensitz sind, muss man sich einfach gewöhnen, aber hier gab es nur drei und unmittelbar daneben standen Pissoirs, dafür bin ich einfach altmodisch...

Wunderschöner Ausblick
Positiv: Der Campingplatz ist hoch oben auf dem Berg und man hat einen tollen Ausblick! Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch.
Verbesserungswürdig: Die Sanitäranlagen waren an sich sauber, es gab jedoch recht viele spinnenweben an den Wänden, die den guten Eindruck schmälern. Der Bereich für Babys zum waschen ist an sich toll, könnte aber ein wenig Sichtschutz vertragen.

Positiv: Der Platz ist hoch in den Bergen, die Aussicht fantastisch. Der Platz und alles was dazugehört ist ehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich.
Verbesserungswürdig: Leider hat es viel geregnet und war stürmisch. Das war jedoch nicht zu ändern 😉

Article 1 - Sales Terms and Conditions
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.campingles7laux.fr. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.
According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
Rented accommodations and camping pitches : booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.
Should you have any delay on the day of arrival and don't warn the establishment, the accommodation will be available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the lease. After this time limit and without written message, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will remain acquired for the establishment.
2.2 Changing your booking request
No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
2.3 Cancellations
According to the general sales terms and conditions, any booking with unpaid balance will be cancelled.
For any cancellation received 30 days or less before the date of arrival, the deposit will remain acquired for the establishment and in case of non-notified cancellation to the owner, the balance will remain due.
2.4 Withdrawals
The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.221-28, 12° from the French Code de la consommation).
For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance. This contract offers you cancellation insurance enabling you have the paid sum back if you cancel your stay or leave earlier under certain events and circumstances (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance price : 4% of the price of the stay.
Article 3 - During your stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
You will be asked to show Id card or passport on arrival.
In high season rented accommodations (school holidays all zones combined) : arrivals from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
In mid season rented accommodations (school periods and weekends during school periods) : arrivals from 3 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m.
Camping pitches: arrivals from 2 p.m. and departures before noon. Free day of arrival.
3.2 Guarantee
A €300 guarantee per accomodation will be deposit on your arrival. It will be given back on your departure during the reception opening hours and after inventory of fixtures. Any damage will be invoiced and added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning fees (from € 20 to € 50 depending on accommodation, current displayed tariffs) if the accommodation is not perfectly clean when you leave. If you cannot attend the inventory of fixtures, your guarantee will be sent back by post or destroyed.
3.3 Departures
Any delay for giving back the key and leaving the pitch will be invoiced one extra night. Should your stay be extended, you must warn the establishment at least 24 hours before the departure date previously set.
3.4 Animals
Animals are admitted under certain conditions.
Pets are allowed at the cost of an extra fee, under the condition of having been declared on the booking form, not to interfere with the tranquility and security of other residents, to be respectful of the cleanliness of the facilities. They must be kept on a leash and have an up to date vaccination passport. First and second category dogs are not allowed.
Animals are not allowed in the gypsy caravan, dome, huts and apartment.
3.5 Swimming-pool
Access to the swimming-pool is reserved to the client of the campsite. Children are allowed access to the swimming-pool under the supervision of an adult.
3.6 Playground
Unsupervised children cannot reach access to the playground area.
3.7 Visitors
Visitors and guests must show to the reception so as to pay a fee whose price is displayed at the entrance of the campsite. Their vehicle will be parked at the entrance. They will access to the campsite equipment.
3.8 Policies and procedures
In accordance with the law in force, the client agrees to subscribe to the Policies and procedures, available at the reception desk, it will be given on demand. Any violation of the law will result in the immediate cancellation of the lease contract. The cost of the accomodation will remain acquired for the establishment.
Article 4 - Liability
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 - Applicable Law
Mediation of consumer disputes :
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the process of mediation of consumer disputes, the customer has the right to make free use of the mediation service offered by Camping Les 7 Laux.
The “consumer law” mediator thus proposed is CM2C. This mediation system can be joined:
- By using their online service on their site, form to be completed possibly accompanied by supporting documents for the file
