Camping La Fressange

Our campsite is located in Haute-Loire, in St Didier-En-Velay, a medieval village, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
It is therefore the ideal starting point to discover the Massif Central, the Regional Natural Park of Pilât, the valley of the Semène but also the gorges of the Allier and the Loire.
You will discover cultural riches with sites classified as World Heritage by UNESCO as well as numerous museums.
The diversity of the landscapes favors the practice of many natural and sporting activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, natural swimming ...
Auvergne is also gastronomy from the land to the plate for the greatest pleasure of the taste buds !!

Terms of sale

1. By delegation of public service, SARL VELAY ESCAPADE is the agent manager of the municipal campsite La Fressange.

2. Any rental of a cottage or bungalow is nominative and may under no circumstances be transferred or sublet. Rentals are recorded on written request, using the attached contract or on our website:

3. The rental will only become effective after our agreement and the receipt of a payment including: the deposit indicated on your contract, or 30% of the amount of your stay, the rental application fee 15 € euros per stay in , chalet ; offered in camping or in Lodge tent. These costs always remain the responsibility of the tenant. Rentals are allocated in the order in which the rentals are registered.

4. In the absence of a telegraphed message or a fax from the tenant stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental will become available 12 hours after the date mentioned on the rental agreement and full payment. unpaid benefits will still be required.

5. ARRIVAL:

a) CAMPING: day of arrival free, arrivals are after 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.

b) Rental of accommodation: from April 11 to October 09, 2026, - In very high season, rentals are rented from Saturday to Saturday for one or more weeks from 4 p.m. until Saturday before 10 a.m.

For other periods, the arrival and departure days are free.

6. ACCOMMODATION DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 220 euros per installation will be paid by the tenant the same day of his arrival, before 7 p.m. at Reception. This will be returned within 7 days of the end of the stay, after deduction of any restoration costs and the value of the missing or damaged equipment. A lump sum of 55 euros will be retained if the accommodation has not been cleaned properly before departure. The equipment of each accommodation is subject to a quantified inventory given to the customer, who is required to check it upon arrival and to report any anomaly the same day. The detailed inventory of each accommodation is given on each arrival, it must be returned to reception within 24 hours, signed.

7. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE FOR THE STAY:

a) CAMPING: No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure. The total amount of the stay is payable in full on the day of your arrival at the campsite.

b) ACCOMMODATION: No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure. The total amount of the stay is payable in full upon the client's arrival.

c) The rental price includes one night's accommodation, sheets and towels from two nights.

8. TERMINATION OF RESERVATION: In the event of cancellation of your stay, you will be retained or you will remain owed the rental and insurance costs, and as a breach of contract:

In the event of termination, we require written notification. You will be retained or will have to owe:

- An amount equal to 30% of the full cost of the stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled date of your arrival, or if you do not show up on that date.

- An early departure or a delayed arrival will not give rise to any refund.

Booking changes:

A reservation is not subject to exchange or resale to a third party in any form whatsoever. The revelation of a practice of this nature is likely to expose its author, as well as any participant in its realization, to appropriate prosecution, including legal ones. Any changes can only be made within the framework of an agreement with the campsite management.

9.INSURANCE:

Cancellation insurance is offered for each rental agreement. This will reimburse you for the forfeit that you will be obliged to pay us in the event of cancellation or modification of your stay, calculated according to our general conditions, provided that your case is actually taken care of. The cancellation insurance conditions are available on request.

10. INTERNAL REGULATIONS: All tenants are required to comply scrupulously with the internal regulations of the establishment which are posted at the entrance and of which each can obtain a copy on request. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure adequate insurance throughout the duration of their stay: SARL VELAY ESCAPADE declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather or in the event of various incidents falling directly under the responsibility of the tenant.

11 DAMAGES:

The equipment and facilities at La Fressange campsite must be used in accordance with their ordinary purpose. Any degradation of the premises, loss or destruction of the movable elements which adorn the rentals or buildings with common access automatically engages the responsibility of its author.

The tenant customer is personally responsible for all damage, loss or degradation, both to the rental itself and to all the facilities
