GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS – ACCOMMODATION OR TOURIST PITCH RENTAL

Definitions:
Booking / Reservation / Rental: Purchase of services.
Services: Seasonal rental of accommodation or tourist pitch.
Accommodation: Tent, caravan, mobile home, leisure residence or light leisure dwelling.

Article 1 – Reservation
The client selects on the website or completes any document provided by the service provider the services they wish to book (dates, type of booking, number of persons, options, surname, first
name, postal address, telephone, email). The client is responsible for checking the accuracy of the booking and must immediately report any error. The booking becomes final only after receipt of the
signed contract (by post or email), receipt of the deposit (bank transfer or cheque), and confirmation of acceptance by the service provider. An option is held for 10 days pending receipt of the signed
contract and deposit. All bookings are personal and cannot be transferred.

Article 2 – Rates
Services are provided at the rates in force on the website or any communication medium at the time of booking. Prices are expressed in Euros, all taxes included. Rates are firm and non-revisable
during their validity period. Beyond this period, the offer becomes void.

Article 3 – Tourist Tax and Additional Departmental Tourist Tax
Tourist taxes are collected on behalf of the local authority and are not included in the prices. The amount is determined per person per night and varies depending on the destination. It must be paid
with the service payment and appears separately on the invoice.

Article 4 – Payment Conditions
Advance payments are deposits and represent 30% of the total amount due. The deposit must be paid upon receipt of the final rental contract and returned signed. It is non-refundable in case of
cancellation by the client. The balance must be paid in full on arrival by credit card or cash (cheques not accepted).

Article 5 – Security Deposit
A €250 security deposit is required on the day the keys are handed over and is returned at the end of the stay, subject to any deductions for damages. The deposit will be refunded if the property is
clean, complete and undamaged.

Article 6 – Inventory and Cleaning
An inventory is displayed in the rental unit. The check-in inventory is completed by the tenant and the check-out inspection by the provider. Cleaning during the stay and at departure is the tenant’s
responsibility unless a cleaning package is selected. €90 may be deducted from the deposit if cleaning is insufficient.

Article 7 – Insurance and Civil Liability
The client is responsible for any damage caused and must have valid civil liability insurance. Proof may be requested before the stay.

Article 8 – Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the deposit remains due if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. The total stay is due if cancelled less than one month before arrival or in case of no-show. No reduction is
granted for late arrival, early departure or change in number of persons. No refund is granted for early departure. The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services.

Article 9 – Duration of Stay
The client books for a fixed period and cannot claim any right to remain after the end of the stay.

Article 10 – Arrival and Departure
Accommodation is available from 3:00 pm and must be vacated before 10:00 am. Pitches are available from 3:00 pm and must be vacated before 12:00 pm. Rentals are held for 24 hours after
the scheduled arrival time, after which the stay is considered cancelled.

Article 11 – Capacity
If the number of occupants exceeds the maximum capacity, the provider may refuse additional guests.

Article 12 – Pets
Pets are subject to prior approval. Category 2 dogs are not accepted. Vaccination records must be presented. Pets must be kept on a leash and must not cause disturbances. Failure to comply may
result in early termination of the stay without refund.

Article 13 – Internal Rules
Internal rules are displayed at the entrance of the establishment. Clients must read and comply with them.

Article 14 – Provider’s Guarantee
The provider guarantees compliance with legal requirements and will correct or reimburse defective services within 2 days of notification. The guarantee is limited to the amount paid by the client. The
provider is not liable in case of force majeure.

Article 15 – Right of Withdrawal
Services relating to accommodation at a specific date or period are not subject to the withdrawal period applicable to distance selling, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer
Code.
