Verbesserungswürdig: (tijdig) Kenbaar maken als avond animatie komt te vervallen , schoonmaak sanitair s6 kon beter. Schoonmakers vooral veel rondjes zien rijden of muziek luisterend in golfkarretje. Sanitair in zwembad wat regelmatiger werd gebruikt was aanzienlijk schoner. Kinderen activiteit herhaalden zich reeds na 1 week. Was leuker geweest als er meer variatie in had gezeten. Misschien een tip om de naastgelegen camping te vragen om de volume knop wat naar beneden te draaien na 22.00 uur.

DEFINITIONEN
„Kunde oder Klient" bezeichnet jede Person, die einen Aufenthalt auf der Website buchen möchte oder bereits gebucht hat, die volljährig ist und die volle Rechtsfähigkeit besitzt, um einen Vertrag abzuschließen.
„Camping" bezeichnet den Camping l'Hirondelle, 60 Route de la Garenne, 26410 Menglon (Frankreich).
„Website" bezeichnet unsere Buchungswebsite im Internet: https://bookingpremium.secureholiday.net/en/428/ Diese ist mit unserer Präsentationswebsite verlinkt: www.campinghirondelle.com, die vom Camping betrieben wird.
„Stellplatz" bezeichnet den unbebauten Stellplatz zur Vermietung für die Aufstellung von Zelten, Wohnwagen, Campingbussen oder Wohnmobilen, die dem Kunden gehören, auf dem Camping.
„Unterkunft" bezeichnet alle Arten von Unterkünften (Eco Lodges, Cottages, Chalets, Mobilheime), Stellplätze nicht eingeschlossen, die vom Camping zur Vermietung angeboten werden.
„Aufenthalte" bezeichnet das Angebot einer Unterkunft oder eines Stellplatzes mit, sofern zutreffend, zusätzlichen kostenlosen oder kostenpflichtigen Leistungen.
PRÄAMBEL
Diese Bedingungen regeln die vertragliche Beziehung zwischen dem CAMPING und seinen KUNDEN hinsichtlich des Verkaufs individueller AUFENTHALTE.
Der CAMPING bemüht sich nach besten Kräften, dass seine WEBSITE, seine Präsentationswebsite und seine Werbeunterlagen (insbesondere Prospekte, Anzeigen und Kataloge) in Bezug auf die angebotenen Leistungen so genau wie möglich sind. Es ist jedoch möglich, dass die Wahrnehmung des KUNDEN von der fotografischen und schriftlichen Darstellung der Leistungen nicht genau den Leistungen selbst entspricht. Ihr Zweck ist daher im Wesentlichen informativ.
Die auf all unseren Fernkommunikationsmedien (Website) oder vor Ort (Flyer, Plakat) beim CAMPING gezeigten Texte und Fotos sind nicht vertraglich bindend, da sie nicht frei von möglichen „Tippfehlern", Auslassungen oder Druckfehlern sind.
Im Falle einer Unstimmigkeit zwischen den beiden Parteien gilt ausschließlich die E-Mail zur Bestätigung der Reservierung zusammen mit den vorliegenden Geschäftsbedingungen als vertragliches Dokument und hat Vorrang vor jeder anderen Information, Version oder widersprüchlichem Dokument.
ZWECK und GESAMTHEIT
Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Bedingungen legen die Gesamtheit der Rechte und Pflichten beider Parteien im Rahmen eines AUFENTHALTS auf dem CAMPING fest.
Der KUNDE gilt als vorbehaltlos zustimmend gemäß den Bestimmungen von Artikel 1126 des Zivilgesetzbuches.
Bei Online-Buchungen über unsere WEBSITE werden diese allgemeinen Bedingungen vom KUNDEN am Ende des Buchungsvorgangs, unmittelbar vor der Online-Zahlung, akzeptiert.
Bei Reservierungen, die über einen Vertrag erfolgen, werden diese am Ende des unterzeichneten Vertrags akzeptiert.
Bei jeder telefonisch getätigten Fernreservierung gilt die Zahlung per Kreditkarte (Fernverkauf) als Annahme dieser allgemeinen Bedingungen, die auf Anfrage an der Rezeption erhältlich sind.
Diese allgemeinen Bedingungen gelten unter Ausschluss aller anderen Bedingungen. Sie sind auf der WEBSITE zugänglich und haben, sofern zutreffend, Vorrang vor jeder anderen Version oder jedem anderen widersprüchlichen Dokument.
Der CAMPING und der KUNDE vereinbaren, dass diese allgemeinen Bedingungen ihre Beziehung ausschließlich regeln.
Der CAMPING behält sich das Recht vor, seine allgemeinen Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit zu ändern. Sie gelten, sobald sie online gestellt werden. Fehlt eine Bedingung, so gilt sie als geregelt durch die im Sektor der Campingvermietung und der Aufenthalte in Ferienanlagen üblichen Praktiken, deren Unternehmen ihren Sitz in Frankreich haben.
VORVERTRAGLICHE INFORMATIONEN
Der KUNDE erkennt an, vor seiner Reservierung Kenntnis von diesen allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen des CAMPING sowie von allen in Artikel L. 111-1 des Verbrauchergesetzbuches aufgeführten Informationen erhalten zu haben.
RESERVIERUNG
Der Kunde stellt die Reservierungsanfrage ausschließlich über das Internet auf unserer Online-Buchungswebsite.
Reservierungsanfragen per Telefon, Brief oder E-Mail werden nicht mehr akzeptiert.
Die Rezeption des Camping berät und begleitet den Kunden im Buchungsprozess, indem sie ihn über die verfügbaren Stellplatznummern und die verfügbaren Unterkunftsnummern während des Aufenthalts informiert.
Um einen STELLPLATZ zu reservieren, muss der KUNDE die Kategorie angeben (Zelt, klassischer oder Falt-Wohnwagen, Wohnmobil) sowie die Gesamtgröße seiner Ausrüstung, einschließlich der Größe des Vorzelts.
Sollten sich diese beiden vom KUNDEN mitgeteilten Angaben letztlich als unrichtig herausstellen, kann der CAMPING nicht für die fehlerhafte Zuweisung der STELLPLATZNUMMER verantwortlich gemacht werden.
In diesem Fall wird sich der CAMPING nach besten Kräften bemühen, gemäß den verbleibenden Verfügbarkeiten einen neuen STELLPLATZ auszuwählen. Im Falle der Nichtverfügbarkeit und somit der Unmöglichkeit für den KUNDEN, sich einzurichten, wird die Reservierung automatisch von Rechts wegen beendet, und der CAMPING erstattet dem KUNDEN die bereits gezahlten Beträge.
Die Reservierungsanfrage wird nur registriert, wenn der Kunde die aktuellen allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen akzeptiert.
Die Reservierungsanfrage wird anschließend innerhalb einer maximalen Frist von 3 Tagen bestätigt, damit wir unsere Verfügbarkeit für die gewünschten Termine überprüfen können.
Der Betrag der zu leistenden Anzahlung richtet sich nach dem Datum der Reservierungsanfrage des Kunden:
a) mehr als 31 Tage vor dem Beginndatum des Aufenthalts: Die Anzahlung beträgt 40 % des Gesamtbetrags des Aufenthalts.
b) weniger als 30 Tage vor dem Beginndatum des Aufenthalts: Die Anzahlung beträgt 100 % des Gesamtbetrags des Aufenthalts.
Nach Eingang der Anzahlung wird dem Kunden per E-Mail eine Reservierungsbestätigung zugesandt, die bei Ankunft vorzulegen ist.
Folglich wird die Reservierung erst wirksam, nachdem die Anzahlung eingegangen ist und die schriftliche Reservierungsbestätigung vom CAMPING per E-Mail versandt wurde.
Die Reservierung ist kostenlos, es werden keine Bearbeitungsgebühren erhoben.
Am Ende seiner Reservierung muss der KUNDE eine VERSICHERUNG abschließen (siehe Artikel „RÜCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG").
ZUWEISUNG DER PLÄTZE
Der auf der Website verfügbare Lageplan des Campings zeigt die Gesamtheit der Plätze, unterteilt in die Kategorien Stellplatz oder Unterkunft. Im Bemerkungsfeld der Reservierung kann der Kunde mindestens 3 Nummern in Prioritätsreihenfolge angeben, nach Überprüfung ihrer Verfügbarkeit bei der Rezeption. Der Camping wird eine der angegebenen Nummern zuweisen, unter Berücksichtigung der Verfügbarkeit zum Datum der Bestätigung der Reservierung und ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Der CAMPING kann nicht garantieren, dass eine der vom KUNDEN gewünschten Nummern endgültig zugewiesen wird.
Gibt der Kunde im Bemerkungsfeld der Reservierung keine Platznummer an, weist der Camping die am besten geeignete Nummer basierend auf den in der Reservierung angegebenen Informationen zu (Art und Größe der Ausrüstung, Anzahl der Personen, Kategorie des Stellplatzes oder der Unterkunft
Der CAMPING kann die ursprünglich zugewiesene Nummer ändern, ohne eine spezifische Anfrage des KUNDEN und ohne vorherige Information des KUNDEN.
Der CAMPING kann nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden, wenn aufgrund unrichtiger Angaben des KUNDEN die zugewiesene Nummer nicht geeignet ist.
Im Falle höherer Gewalt behält sich der CAMPING das Recht vor, die Zuweisung des STELLPLATZES oder der UNTERKUNFT zu ändern.
ZAHLUNG DES RESTBETRAGS
Neben der bei der Reservierung geleisteten Anzahlung muss der Restbetrag innerhalb der unten angegebenen Fristen bezahlt werden:
Der Gesamtbetrag des Aufenthalts für einen Stellplatz oder eine Unterkunft ist fällig:
- Mindestens 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts
- Unmittelbar bei allen Reservierungen, die weniger als 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts erfolgen
Hierzu erhält der Kunde 40 Tage vor seiner Ankunft eine Erinnerungs-E-Mail mit dem verbleibenden zu zahlenden Betrag und einem Zahlungslink.
Im Falle eines Problems wendet sich der Kunde an die Rezeption.
Bei Nichteinhaltung der Zahlung der Beträge und der oben genannten Fristen gilt der Aufenthalt automatisch als storniert, ohne dass der Camping verpflichtet ist, den Kunden davon zu informieren.
Folglich kann der Camping nicht verpflichtet werden, bereits gezahlte Beträge zu erstatten.
ZAHLUNGSMETHODEN
Die Zahlung der Anzahlung sowie des Restbetrags hat per Bankkarte zu erfolgen, wobei diese Zahlungsmethode vollständig gesichert ist.
Unser Partner Payline übernimmt die Abwicklung aller Zahlungen per Bankkarte unter Anwendung der neuesten Sicherheitsprotokolle. Der Camping hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt Kenntnis von den Bankkartendaten des Kunden.
Gemäß Artikel L.132-2 du Code Monétaire et Financier ist die per Bankkarte erteilte Zahlungsverpflichtung unwiderruflich. Denn die Online-Angabe der Kreditkartennummer und des geheimen Validierungscodes des KUNDEN, gefolgt von der endgültigen Bestätigung der Bestellung, stellt den Beweis für die Zustimmung des KUNDEN dar.
Zahlungen per Banküberweisung, Scheck, Ferienscheck und Bargeld sind nicht mehr zulässig.
WIDERRUFSRECHT
Gemäß Artikel L. 221-28 12° des französischen Verbrauchergesetzbuches gilt das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht nicht für Beherbergungs-, Verpflegungs- und Freizeitdienstleistungen, die zu einem bestimmten Datum oder einer bestimmten Uhrzeit erbracht werden.

Die auf unserer Website veröffentlichten Preise bzw. Informationen sind die Grundpreise ohne zusätzliche Leistungen; kostenpflichtige Aktivitäten/Animationen und Sonderangebote.
Die veröffentlichten Preise sind in Euro, inklusive Mehrwertsteuer, berechnet und gültig zum Datum der Reservierung des Aufenthalts.
Im Falle einer Unstimmigkeit zwischen den beiden Parteien haben die auf unserer WEBSITE veröffentlichten Preise Vorrang vor jeder anderen Version oder widersprüchlichem Dokument.
Der Preis eines STELLPLATZES ist ein Festpreis pro Übernachtung und pro gewählter STELLPLATZ-Kategorie. Das Paket umfasst 1 Ausrüstung (Zelt, Wohnwagen, Camper), 1 Erwachsenen, 1 Fahrzeug (Auto oder Motorrad). Das Paket beinhaltet keine Extras, insbesondere keine weiteren Personen (Erwachsene oder Kinder), Strom, die Mietung eines Kühlschranks, zusätzliche Ausrüstung oder Fahrzeug, ein Tier, die Kurtaxe, die Rücktrittsversicherung. Diese Zusatzleistungen unterliegen einer zusätzlichen Tagesgebühr.
Der Preis einer UNTERKUNFT umfasst die Vermietung der Unterkunft entsprechend der maximal zulässigen Personenzahl, die Nebenkosten (Wasser, Gas, Strom), ein Fahrzeug. Der Preis beinhaltet keine Extras, insbesondere keine zusätzlichen Personen (über die maximal zulässige Kapazität hinaus), die Mietung von Bettwäsche-Handtüchern-Babyset, die Endreinigung, ein Tier, die Kurtaxe, die Rücktrittsversicherung. Diese Zusatzleistungen unterliegen einer zusätzlichen Tagesgebühr.
Der Gesamtpreis eines Aufenthalts umfasst den Preis eines Stellplatzes oder einer Unterkunft, die gewählten Zusatzleistungen sowie den freien Zugang zu den Sanitäranlagen, den Rezeptionsdiensten, dem Wasserpark (zu den Öffnungszeiten), den Spielplätzen, den weiteren Einrichtungen und den angebotenen Aktivitäten/Animationen (kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig).
Die Preise können während der Saison je nach wirtschaftlichen und geschäftlichen Zwängen variieren.
Der Camping kann nicht für den Preisunterschied zwischen zwei Reservierungen im selben Zeitraum verantwortlich gemacht werden.
Jede Änderung des Preises oder der auf den Aufenthalt anwendbaren Steuern zum Zeitpunkt der Rechnungsstellung des Restbetrags kann sich auf den Preis des Aufenthalts auswirken.
ANGEBOTE
Die Angebote unterliegen bestimmten Bedingungen, insbesondere der Verfügbarkeit, um anwendbar zu sein.
Angebote können nicht kumuliert werden, sofern nicht anders angegeben, und sind nicht rückwirkend.
Folglich können neue Angebote nicht auf bereits ganz oder teilweise bezahlte Reservierungen angewendet werden.
Folglich ist es möglich, dass Kunden für einen ähnlichen Aufenthalt zwei unterschiedliche Preise gezahlt haben. Der Kunde, der den höheren Preis gezahlt hat, hat in keinem Fall Anspruch auf eine teilweise Erstattung oder einen teilweisen Nachlass zum Ausgleich der Differenz zwischen dem gezahlten Preis und dem Aktionspreis.
KURTAXE
Die Kurtaxe, die für das Fremdenverkehrsamt erhoben und an dieses abgeführt wird, ist in unseren Preisen nicht enthalten. Der Betrag wird pro Erwachsenem und pro Tag berechnet und kann im Laufe des Jahres geändert werden.
ANKUNFT
Die Gültigkeit der vom Kunden reservierten Unterkunft oder des Stellplatzes ist auf 24 Stunden nach dem in der Reservierungsbestätigung des Camping festgelegten Ankunftsdatum begrenzt. Nach 24 Stunden und im Falle der Nichtankunft des Kunden wird die Unterkunft oder der Stellplatz wieder auf unserer Website zur Vermietung angeboten, und alle vom Kunden gezahlten Beträge gehen verloren und werden vom Camping nicht erstattet.
Bei Ankunft ist der Kunde verpflichtet, sich mit der Reservierungsbestätigung an der Rezeption des Camping zu melden, um die Anmeldung bei Ankunft zu überprüfen (=Check-in).
Am Beginndatum des Aufenthalts variiert die Verfügbarkeitszeit je nach gewählter Kategorie:
- Die Unterkunft: ab 16 Uhr bis spätestens 19 Uhr
- Der Stellplatz: ab 14 Uhr bis spätestens 19 Uhr
Falls der Kunde erwartet, nach 19 Uhr anzukommen, muss der Camping so schnell wie möglich per E-Mail (contact@campinghirondelle.com) und telefonisch (+33 475 218208) über die genaue Uhrzeit der verspäteten Ankunft informiert werden. Der Camping wird den Kunden über die im Falle einer verspäteten Ankunft zu befolgende Vorgehensweise informieren.
Für die durch die verspätete Ankunft verlorenen Nächte wird dem Kunden weder eine Erstattung noch ein Nachlass gewährt.
Die vollständige Zahlung der Leistungen ist weiterhin erforderlich, falls der KUNDE nicht vollständig bezahlt hat.
MINDERJÄHRIGE
Minderjährige, die nicht von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden, werden auf dem Camping nicht zugelassen.
ABREISE
Am letzten Tag des Aufenthalts variiert die Abreisezeit je nach gewählter Kategorie:
- Die Unterkunft: spätestens 10 Uhr
- Der Stellplatz: spätestens 12 Uhr
Wird die Check-out-Zeit nicht eingehalten, muss der Kunde eine zusätzliche Nacht bezahlen, ohne die Möglichkeit dies anzufechten.
Für die Unterkunft muss der Kunde spätestens am Vortag seiner Abreise an der Rezeption den Termin für die obligatorische Zustandsprüfung beim Verlassen der Unterkunft festlegen. Termine werden von 7 bis 10 Uhr je nach verbleibender Verfügbarkeit vereinbart. Der Campingleiter legt den Abreisetermin de facto für den Kunden fest, der es versäumt hat, am Vortag seiner Abreise einen Termin zu vereinbaren, und dies entsprechend der verbleibenden Verfügbarkeit.
Vor der Abreise muss der Kunde sicherstellen, dass keine persönlichen Gegenstände oder persönlicher Abfall in der Unterkunft oder auf dem Stellplatz zurückbleiben. Diese sollten vom Kunden mitgenommen oder in der Müllzone des Campings entsorgt werden.
Für eine freiwillig frühere Abreise wird dem Kunden weder ein Nachlass noch eine Erstattung gewährt.
AUFENTHALT IN DER UNTERKUNFT
Die Beschreibung, die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer, die Preise und die maximale Gesamtpersonenzahl variieren je nach Saison und Art der Unterkunft; diese Details sind auf unserer Website verfügbar.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen darf die Gesamtpersonenzahl während des Aufenthalts (Kinder und Kleinkinder eingeschlossen) die maximale Kapazität der Unterkunft nicht überschreiten. Der Camping behält sich das Recht vor, jeder Person, die über die vorgesehene Kapazität hinausgeht, den Zugang zur Unterkunft zu verweigern.
Die Inventarliste mit der aufgeführten Ausstattung liegt in jeder Unterkunft aus oder ist online verfügbar. Bei Ankunft sollte der Kunde diese überprüfen und die Rezeption spätestens innerhalb von 24 Stunden über etwaige Abweichungen informieren.
Jede Unzufriedenheit hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft oder des allgemeinen Zustands der Unterkunft muss der Rezeption innerhalb von 24 Stunden gemeldet werden, damit der Camping die Möglichkeit hat, die Unzufriedenheit zu beheben. Nach 24 Stunden nach Ihrem Ankunftsdatum wird keine Beanstandung mehr berücksichtigt.
Alle Unterkünfte sind Nichtraucherunterkünfte.
Die Mietung von Baumwoll- oder Einwegbettwäsche, Handtüchern und Babysets ist eine Zusatzleistung, die nicht im Preis der Unterkunft enthalten ist.
Der Kunde kann entweder seine eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen oder diese beim Camping mieten, indem er sie mindestens 2 Tage vor der Ankunft reserviert.
Eine Kaution von 500€ wird spätestens bei Ankunft auf dem Campingplatz vom Kunden ausschließlich per Bankkarte verlangt (keine Kaution in bar oder per Scheck wird akzeptiert).
Diese wird am Tag der Abreise oder spätestens innerhalb von acht Tagen vollständig zurückerstattet, nach einer Reinigungskontrolle und einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand der Ausstattung in der Unterkunft.
Ist dies nicht der Fall, werden die vom Camping zur Behebung des Schadens an der Unterkunft aufgewendeten Beträge, die geschuldeten Beträge des Aufenthalts und jeder weitere Schaden an der Ausstattung des CAMPING von der Kaution einbehalten oder dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt. Alle Reparaturkosten oder geschuldeten Beträge, die den Kautionsbetrag übersteigen, werden dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt.
Der Kunde muss die Unterkunft in einem einwandfrei sauberen Zustand zurückgeben.
Die Kosten der Endreinigung sind nicht im Preis der Unterkunft enthalten.
Der Kunde muss die Unterkunft am Ende des Aufenthalts selbst reinigen.
Der Kunde kann auch beantragen, dass die Reinigung durch den Camping gegen eine Reinigungsgebühr spätestens am Vortag der Abreise durchgeführt wird.
Falls der Kunde eine schmutzige Unterkunft zurückgibt und die Reinigungsoption nicht in Anspruch genommen hat, wird die Reinigungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt oder von Ihrer Kaution abgezogen.
AUFENTHALT AUF STELLPLÄTZEN
Die Beschreibung, die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer und die Preise variieren je nach Saison und Art des Stellplatzes; diese Details sind auf unserer Website verfügbar.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen darf die Gesamtpersonenzahl auf dem Stellplatz 6 Personen nicht überschreiten (Kinder und Kleinkinder eingeschlossen). Der Camping behält sich das Recht vor, jeder Person, die über die genannte maximale Kapazität hinausgeht, jeglichen Zugang zum Stellplatz zu verweigern.
Eine Kaution von 500€ wird spätestens bei Ankunft auf dem Campingplatz vom Kunden ausschließlich per Bankkarte verlangt (keine Kaution in bar oder per Scheck wird akzeptiert).
Diese wird am Tag der Abreise oder spätestens innerhalb von acht Tagen vollständig zurückerstattet, nach einer Reinigungskontrolle und einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand der Ausstattung auf dem Stellplatz.
Ist dies nicht der Fall, werden die vom Camping zur Behebung des Schadens am Stellplatz aufgewendeten Beträge, die geschuldeten Beträge des Aufenthalts und jeder weitere Schaden an der Ausstattung des CAMPING von der Kaution einbehalten oder dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt. Alle Reparaturkosten oder geschuldeten Beträge, die den Kautionsbetrag übersteigen, werden dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt.
FREIZEITAKTIVITÄTEN ODER ANIMATIONEN
Jede kostenlose oder kostenpflichtige Aktivität oder Animation, die auf unserer WEBSITE, in einer E-Mail erwähnt oder vor Ort angeboten wird, kann unter bestimmten Umständen bei Ihrer Ankunft auf dem Gelände geändert oder gestrichen werden.
SONSTIGES
Zum Schwimmen sind ausschließlich folgende Kleidungsstücke zugelassen: Badeschuhe, Badehose, Bikini oder Badeanzug. Andere Kleidung ist untersagt.
Folglich sind Badeshorts im Schwimmbad und insbesondere in den beiden Whirlpools strengstens untersagt.
Das Armband ist stets zu tragen. Es ermöglicht den Zugang zur Innenanimation und zum Wasserpark. Außerdem verstärkt es die Kontrolle beim Betreten und Verlassen des Campings.
TIERE
Pro Unterkunft oder Stellplatz wird ein Haustier zugelassen, gegen Zahlung einer Pauschalgebühr pro Tag, die nicht im Preis der Unterkunft oder des Stellplatzes enthalten ist.
Der Kunde muss dies bei der Reservierung oder bei Ankunft auf dem Camping angeben.
Haustiere dürfen nicht frei herumlaufen und müssen an der Leine geführt werden. Sie sind an öffentlichen Orten (Restaurant, Bar, Miniclub, Wasserpark) nicht erlaubt.
Sie sind unter folgenden Bedingungen willkommen:
- Gültige Impfung gegen Tollwut
- Identifizierung durch Tätowierung oder Chip mit einem von der Société Centrale Canine ausgestellten Ausweis.
Der Kunde muss den Gesundheitsausweis des Tieres mit sich führen und sich an die Verhaltensregeln des Camping halten.
Gefährliche oder aggressive Tiere (einschließlich Hunde der 1. und 2. Kategorie: Bullterrier, Pitbull, Staff, Staffy) sowie „neu begleitende Tiere" werden auf dem Camping nicht zugelassen.
RÜCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG
Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktritts- oder Reiseabbruchversicherung ist obligatorisch, wenn der KUNDE im Falle einer Stornierung oder eines Abbruchs des URLAUBS auf eigene Initiative für alle möglichen individuellen und kollektiven Risiken (Covid-19-Erkrankung, Kontaktfall, sonstige Krankheit, Unfall, Todesfall, Kündigung, Urlaubsverlust... diese Liste ist nicht abschließend) eines der Teilnehmer am URLAUB abgesichert sein möchte.
Schließt der KUNDE keine Versicherung ab, trägt er/sie das persönliche Risiko, alle oder einen Teil der bereits gezahlten Beträge zu verlieren, ohne jede Möglichkeit eines Streits mit dem CAMPING.
Der CAMPING ist kein Versicherungsunternehmen, sondern lediglich ein Gastgeber. In diesem Sinne verfügt er nicht über die finanziellen, rechtlichen und administrativen Kapazitäten, um persönlich die Verantwortung für die Risiken einer Stornierung oder eines Abbruchs des nicht versicherten KUNDEN zu übernehmen.
Die VERSICHERUNG muss am Ende der Reservierung bei einer der vom KUNDEN frei gewählten, im Internet verfügbaren Versicherungsgesellschaften abgeschlossen werden.
Die VERSICHERUNG kann nicht direkt auf der WEBSITE des CAMPING abgeschlossen werden.

STORNIERUNG:
Stornierung (vollständig oder teilweise) durch den KUNDEN:
Am Ende der Reservierung muss der KUNDE eine VERSICHERUNGSpolice abschließen (siehe Artikel „RÜCKTRITTSVERSICHERUNG").
Unabhängig vom Grund der Stornierung ist der Kunde verpflichtet, den Stornierungsantrag spätestens 5 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum per E-Mail an contact@campinghirondelle.com zu senden.
Erfolgt die Stornierung nicht gemäß den in diesem Artikel genannten Bedingungen, muss der Kunde den Gesamtbetrag des Aufenthalts bezahlen.
Das Datum des Eingangs der Stornierungs-E-Mail bestimmt den vom Kunden verlorenen Betrag.
- Ein Betrag von 40 % der Gesamtkosten des Aufenthalts, wenn der Kunde mindestens 31 Tage oder mehr vor dem Ankunftsdatum storniert.
- Ein Betrag von 100 % der Gesamtkosten des Aufenthalts, wenn der Kunde weniger als 30 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum storniert oder wenn der Kunde am reservierten Ankunftsdatum nicht erscheint.
Dem KUNDEN werden keine zusätzlichen Stornierungsgebühren in Rechnung gestellt.
Hat der Kunde nach der Buchung seines/ihres Aufenthalts eine Rücktrittsversicherung abgeschlossen, sollte er/sie sich an die Versicherungsgesellschaft wenden, um die teilweise oder vollständige Erstattung der bereits gezahlten Beträge zu beantragen.
Der Camping kann dem Kunden auf Anfrage die von der Versicherungsgesellschaft benötigten Nachweise zusenden.
Die vom Kunden reservierten Zusatzleistungen, die aufgrund der Stornierung nicht genutzt werden, begründen keinen Anspruch auf Erstattung oder Nachlass durch den Camping.
Stornierung durch den CAMPING (außer im Falle höherer Gewalt):
Im Falle einer Stornierung vor der Abreise des KUNDEN von seinem Wohnort zum CAMPING werden die vom KUNDEN gezahlten Beträge vom CAMPING vollständig zurückerstattet, nach Mitteilung der Stornierung per E-Mail mit Empfangsbestätigung und unter den in Artikel L 214-1 des Verbrauchergesetzbuches genannten Bedingungen. Im Falle einer Stornierung nach der Abreise des KUNDEN von seinem Wohnort zum CAMPING verpflichtet sich Letzterer, dem KUNDEN einen gleichwertigen AUFENTHALT anzubieten und dabei jegliche zusätzlichen Kosten zu tragen; sind die vom KUNDEN akzeptierten Leistungen von geringerer Qualität, erstattet der CAMPING ihm die Differenz.
ÄNDERUNG:
Änderung durch den KUNDEN: FLEX-GARANTIE, kostenlos für alle!
Der Kunde kann nach Bestätigung seiner/ihrer Reservierung problemlos und kostenlos folgende Elemente seines/ihres Aufenthalts ändern:
- Aufenthaltsdaten während der laufenden Saison: Eine Änderung der Aufenthaltsdaten auf die nächste Saison ist nicht möglich
- Nummer oder Kategorie eines Stellplatzes oder einer Unterkunft
- Kategorie und Anzahl der Zusatzleistungen
Zur Änderung kontaktiert der Kunde den Camping ausschließlich per E-Mail (contact@campinghirondelle.com) mit den Einzelheiten der gewünschten Änderung, ohne jegliche Begründung und mindestens 1 Monat vor dem Ankunftsdatum.
Der Camping wird den Kunden zeitnah über die möglichen Änderungen je nach Verfügbarkeit informieren.
Ist der Betrag des geänderten Aufenthalts höher als der Betrag des ursprünglichen Aufenthalts, muss der Kunde die Differenz bezahlen. Ist der Betrag des geänderten Aufenthalts niedriger als der ursprüngliche Betrag, wird die Preisdifferenz dem Kunden nicht erstattet.
Der Kunde ist ab seiner/ihrer festen Buchung automatisch durch die FLEX-GARANTIE abgedeckt. Die Änderungen sind kostenlos und verursachen keine Änderungsgebühren.
Die maximale Anzahl kostenloser Änderungsanträge pro Aufenthalt ist auf 1 begrenzt.
Änderung durch den CAMPING:
Ist der CAMPING gezwungen, die ursprünglich für den AUFENTHALT geplanten Leistungen zu ändern, wird er sich nach besten Kräften bemühen, gleichwertige Leistungen anzubieten; der KUNDE kann die Änderung entweder akzeptieren oder den Vertrag kündigen und die Erstattung der gezahlten Beträge unter den in Artikel L 214-1 des Verbrauchergesetzbuches genannten Bedingungen erhalten.
HAUSORDNUNG und ALLGEMEINE BEDINGUNGEN
Alle Kunden verpflichten sich, die Bestimmungen der Hausordnung des Campings, von der sie auf Anfrage bei Ankunft eine Kopie erhalten, sowie diese auf unserer WEBSITE verfügbaren allgemeinen Bedingungen einzuhalten und zu befolgen.
Werden die Hausordnung und die allgemeinen Bedingungen vom Kunden nicht eingehalten oder verursacht der Kunde Schäden an der Ausstattung der Einrichtung, kann der Camping jede Sanktion bis hin zur Beendigung des Aufenthalts verhängen, ohne dass der CAMPING verpflichtet ist, die stornierten Nächte ganz oder teilweise zu erstatten.
Der KUNDE verpflichtet sich, die vom CAMPING beschlossene Sanktion anzuwenden und zu befolgen. Wird die vorzeitige Beendigung des AUFENTHALTS vom CAMPING aufgrund schwerwiegenden Fehlverhaltens des KUNDEN verlangt, muss dieser den CAMPING so schnell wie möglich verlassen.
VERLUST, DIEBSTAHL, SCHÄDEN
Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden, eine Versicherung für jeden Unfall, Diebstahl, Verlust oder Schaden abzuschließen, der während seines Aufenthalts auftreten kann.
Folglich lehnt der Campingplatz jede Verantwortung ab und kann nicht haftbar gemacht werden im Falle von Verlust, Diebstahl, Beschädigung persönlicher Gegenstände (sowohl in der Unterkunft, auf dem Stellplatz als auch in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen), Feuer, schlechtem Wetter oder jedem anderen Vorfall, der durch die Privathaftpflichtversicherung des Kunden oder eines anderen Kunden gedeckt sein sollte.
Es wird ebenfalls ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Parkplätze nicht überwacht werden und das Parken vollständig auf Risiko und Gefahr des Kunden erfolgt.
HAFTUNG DES CAMPING
Alle gezeigten Bilder und Texte in den verschiedenen Werbeunterlagen oder auf der Website des Campings sind nicht vertraglich bindend. Sie haben lediglich einen indikativen Charakter und dienen ausschließlich zu Informationszwecken.
Es ist möglich, dass bestimmte vom Camping angebotene und in den verschiedenen Werbeunterlagen oder auf der Website gezeigte Aktivitäten, Ausstattungen oder Einrichtungen aus klimatischen Gründen oder im Falle höherer Gewalt, wie sie von den französischen Gerichten definiert wird, gestrichen werden.
PERSONENBEZOGENE DATEN
Die Einführung einer Datenschutzrichtlinie durch den CAMPING erklärt sich durch seinen Wunsch, den KUNDEN über die Art der personenbezogenen Daten zu informieren, die bei der Buchung von URLAUBEN erhoben werden können, den Grund ihrer Erhebung, die Art ihrer möglichen Nutzung und die Rechte, die er in Bezug auf diese Daten hat.
BILDRECHTE
Mit der Annahme der vorliegenden Allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen ermächtigt der Kunde den Camping ausdrücklich und unentgeltlich, während des Aufenthalts Fotos von ihm zu machen oder ihn zu filmen und diese Fotos, Videos und Tonaufnahmen für einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren zu nutzen. Diese Ermächtigung gilt auch für alle Personen, die den Kunden begleiten. Dies dient nationalen und internationalen, werblichen und geschäftlichen Zwecken des Campings.
Der Kunde kann jedoch seine Ablehnung durch eine Anfrage per E-Mail an contact@campinghirondelle.com äußern.
KEIN VERZICHT
Die Tatsache, dass eine der Parteien punktuell die Nichteinhaltung einer der in diesen allgemeinen Bedingungen genannten Pflichten durch die andere Partei akzeptiert, kann für die Zukunft nicht als Verzicht auf die betreffende Pflicht ausgelegt werden.
HÖHERE GEWALT
Das Auftreten eines Falles höherer Gewalt im Sinne von Artikel 1218 des Zivilgesetzbuches (d.h. jedes Ereignis außerhalb der Kontrolle des Schuldners, das zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses vernünftigerweise nicht vorhersehbar war und dessen Auswirkungen durch geeignete Maßnahmen nicht vermieden werden können) führt zur Aussetzung der vertraglichen Pflichten der Parteien.
Die Partei, die sich auf einen wie oben genannten Fall höherer Gewalt beruft, muss die andere Partei unverzüglich schriftlich über dessen Eintreten informieren. Die Parteien treffen sich, um die Auswirkungen des Ereignisses zu prüfen und, sofern zutreffend, die Bedingungen zu vereinbaren, unter denen die Vertragserfüllung wieder aufgenommen werden kann.
Jeder Umstand außerhalb der Kontrolle der Parteien, der die Erfüllung ihrer Pflichten unter normalen Bedingungen verhindert, gilt als Grund für die Befreiung von den Pflichten der Parteien und führt zu deren Aussetzung.
Die Partei, die sich auf die oben genannten Umstände beruft, muss die andere Partei unverzüglich über deren Eintreten und deren Wegfall informieren.
Als höhere Gewalt gelten alle unwiderstehlichen, den Parteien fremden, unvorhersehbaren, unvermeidbaren Tatsachen oder Umstände, die unabhängig vom Willen der Parteien sind und von diesen trotz aller vernünftigerweise möglichen Bemühungen nicht verhindert werden konnten. Ausdrücklich gelten, zusätzlich zu den üblicherweise von der Rechtsprechung der französischen Gerichte anerkannten Fällen, als höhere Gewalt oder Zufallsereignisse: Stürme, Überschwemmungen, Blitzschlag, Erdbeben, Brände, Ausfall von Telekommunikationsnetzen oder Schwierigkeiten, die spezifisch für Telekommunikationsnetze außerhalb der KUNDEN sind, Blockierung von Transportmitteln oder Versorgung, Epidemie oder Pandemie.
Die Parteien treffen sich, um die Auswirkungen des Ereignisses zu prüfen und die Bedingungen zu vereinbaren, unter denen die Vertragserfüllung fortgesetzt wird.
GERICHTSSTAND
Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen sind in französischer Sprache verfasst. Werden sie in eine oder mehrere Fremdsprachen übersetzt, gilt im Streitfall ausschließlich der französische Text als verbindlich.
Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen unterliegen der Anwendung des französischen Rechts.
Dies gilt sowohl für die materiellen Regeln als auch für die Formvorschriften.
Im Falle eines Streits oder einer Beschwerde, und wenn zwischen dem Kunden und dem Camping keine gütliche Lösung gefunden wird, unterliegen diese der ausschließlichen, vollständigen und uneingeschränkten Zuständigkeit der Gerichte von Paris.
General terms and conditions of sale HIRONDELLE 2026
(applicable as per October 15th, 2025)
DEFINITIONS
“Client or Customer” means every person wishing to or having already booked a stay on the website, having the legal age of majority and having full legal rights to subscribe a contract.
“Camping” means the Camping l’Hirondelle, at 60 Route de la Garenne, 26410 Menglon (France).
“Website” means our booking website on the internet: https://bookingpremium.secureholiday.net/en/428/ It is linked to our presentation website: www.campinghirondelle.com which is edited by the camping.
“Pitch” means the bare pitch for hire to install tents, touring caravans, campervan, or motor home belonging to the client at the camping.
“Accommodation” means all types of accommodation (Eco Lodges, Cottages, Chalets, Mobil-Homes), pitches not included, proposed for hire by the Camping.
"Stays" means the offer of a Accommodation or a Pitch with, when applicable, additional free or paid services.
PREAMBLE
These conditions govern the contractual relationship between the CAMPING and its CUSTOMERS regarding the sale of individual STAYS.
The CAMPING makes every effort to ensure that its WEBSITE, its presentation website and its commercial documents (particularly leaflets, advertisements and catalogs) are as accurate as possible with regard to the services offered. However, it is possible that the CLIENT's perception of the photographic and written representation of the services may not correspond exactly to the services themselves. Their vocation is therefore essentially informative.
The texts and photos displayed on all our presentation media at a distance (website) or on site (flyer, poster) at the CAMPING are non-contractual because they are not immune to possible "typos", omissions or printing errors.
In case of disagreement between the two parties, only the e-mail confirming the reservation together with the present commercial conditions will be considered as a contractual document and will prevail over any other information, version or contradictory document.
PURPOSE and ENTIRETY
The present general conditions define the entirety of the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of a STAY at the CAMPING.
The CLIENT is deemed to accept them without reservation in accordance with the provisions of Article 1126 of the Civil Code.
For online bookings made on our WEBSITE, these general conditions are accepted by the CUSTOMER at the end of the booking process, just before online payment.
For reservations made via a contract, they are accepted at the end of the signed contract.
For any remote reservation made by telephone, payment by credit card (remote sale) constitutes acceptance of these general conditions, which are available on request at Reception.
These general conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. They are accessible on the WEBSITE and will prevail, when applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
The CAMPING and the CUSTOMER agree that these general conditions exclusively govern their relationship.
The CAMPING reserves the right to modify its general conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are put online. If a condition is missing, it will be considered as being governed by the practices in force in the sector of campsite rental and stays in vacation villages whose companies are based in France.
PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
The CUSTOMER acknowledges having had communication and knowledge, prior to his reservation, of these general conditions of sale of the CAMPING, and of all the information listed in article L. 111-1 of the consumer code.
RESERVATION
The Client passes the reservation request exclusively through internet by our booking website online.
Reservation requests passed by phone, letter or email are no longer accepted.
The reception desk of the Camping offers advice and guides the Client in the booking process by informing him on the available Pitch numbers and the available Accommodation numbers during the stay.
To reserve a PITCH, the CUSTOMER must indicate the category (tent, classic or folding caravan, motorhome) and the total size of their equipment, including the size of the awning.
If these 2 pieces of information communicated by the CLIENT prove to be incorrect in the end, the CAMPING cannot be held responsible for the incorrect allocation of the PITCH number.
In this case, the CAMPING will make its best efforts to select a new PITCH according to the remaining availabilities. In the event of unavailability and therefore impossibility for the CUSTOMER to settle in, the reservation will be automatically terminated as of right and the CAMPSITE will reimburse the CUSTOMER for the sums already paid.
The reservation request is only registered if the client accepts the current general terms and conditions of sale.
The reservation request will then be validated within a maximum period of 3 days allowing us to check our availability on the desired dates.
The amount of the deposit to be paid will depend on the date of the reservation request by the Client:
a) more than 31 days before the beginning date of the stay: the deposit will represent 40% of the total amount of the stay.
b) less than 30 days before the beginning date of the stay: the deposit will be 100% of the total amount of the stay.
At the receipt of the deposit payment, a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the Client by email which must be presented at your arrival.
Consequently, the reservation becomes effective only after the deposit has been received and the written reservation confirmation has been sent by the CAMPING by email.
The reservation is free of charge, no administrative fees will be charged.
At the end of his reservation, the CLIENT must subscribe to an INSURANCE (see Article “CANCELLATION INSURANCE”).
ASSIGNMENT OF PLACES
The map of the camping, available at the Website, shows the whole of places divided in categories Pitch or Accommodation. In the remark section of the reservation the Client can note a minimum of 3 numbers by prioritising order after verification of their availability with the reception desk. The Camping will assign one of the given numbers taken into account the availability at the date of the validation of the reservation and without supplementary cost. The CAMPING cannot guarantee that any of the numbers requested by the CLIENT will be definitively assigned.
If the Client does not indicate any place number in the remark section of the reservation, the Camping will assign the most appropriate number based on the given information in the reservation (nature and size of equipment, number of persons, category of Pitch or Accommodation
The CAMPING will be able to change the original number assigned without any specific request from the CLIENT and without prior information to the CLIENT.
The CAMPING cannot be held responsible, if the CLIENT's information is not correct, that the number assigned is not suitable.
In case of force majeure, the CAMPING reserves the right to change the allocation of the PITCH or ACCOMODATION.
PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE
Next to the deposit paid at the reservation, the remaining balance of the amount must be paid within the delays as stipulated below:
The total amount of the stay for a Pitch or an Accommodation is due:
- At least 30 days before the start of the stay
- Immediately for all reservations passed less than 30 days before the start of the stay
For this, the Client will receive 40 days before his arrival a reminder email with the remaining amount to be paid and a link for payment.
In case of any problem, the Client will contact the reception desk.
At a non-respect of payment of the amounts and the above-mentioned delays the stay will be considered automatically as cancelled without the obligation of the Camping to inform the Client.
Therefore, the Camping cannot be held to reimburse any paid sums.
METHODES OF PAYMENT
The payment of the deposit as well as the remainder is to be made by Bankcard, which method of payment is totally secured.
Our partner Payline takes care of the treatment of all the payments by bankcard by applying the latest security protocols. The Camping has no knowledge at any given time of the bankcard information of the Client.
In accordance with article L.132-2 du Code Monétaire et Financier, the engagement to pay given to the method by bankcard is irrevocable. As, the online provision of the CLIENT's credit card number and secret validation code, followed by the final validation of the order, constitute proof of the CLIENT's Agreement.
Payment by bank wire, check, holiday check and cash are no longer authorized.
RIGHT OF RETRACTION
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of retraction does not apply to accommodation, catering and leisure services provided at a specific date or time.
PRICES
The descriptions, the minimum duration, the minimum and maximum number of persons and the rates vary according to the seasons and the categories of PHITCHES and ACCOMODATIONS chosen. This information can be consulted on the WEBSITE by entering the dates of your STAY and selecting the desired category.
The prices or published information on our website are the basic prices without any complementary service; activities/animations to pay and promotions.
The published prices are in euros, VAT included, calculated and applicable at the date of the reservation of the stay.
In case of disagreement between the two parties, the rates published on our WEBSITE will prevail over any other version or contradictory document.
The price of a PITCH is a fixed price per night of occupation and per category of PITCH chosen. The package includes 1 equipment (tent, caravan, camper), 1 adult, 1 vehicle (car or motorcycle). The package does not include extras and in particular other people (adults or children), electricity, the rental of a fridge, an additional equipment or vehicle, an animal, the tourist tax, the cancellation insurance. These supplements are subject to an additional daily cost.
The price of an ACCOMODATION includes the rental of the accommodation according to the maximum capacity of persons authorized, the charges (water, gas, electricity), a vehicle. The rate does not include extras and in particular additional persons (beyond the maximum authorized capacity), the rental of sheets-towels-baby kit, the cleaning at the end of the stay, an animal, the tourist tax, the cancellation insurance. These supplements are subject to an additional daily cost.
A stay total price includes the price of a Pitch or an Accommodation, the chosen complementary services, as well as free access to the sanitary facilities, to the reception services, to the water park (at the dates and hours of opening), to the playgrounds, to the other equipment and to the proposed activities / animations (free or paying).
Rates may vary during the season depending on economic and commercial constraints.
The Camping cannot be held accountable for the difference in price between two reservations at the same period.
Every modification in rate or taxes applicable to the stay at the date of invoicing the remainder, can be reverberated on the price of the stay.
OFFERS
The offers are objective to certain conditions and especially the availability to be applicable.
Offers cannot to be summed up except if mentioned the contrary and are not retroactive.
Therefore, new offers cannot be applied to already partially or totally paid reservations.
Therefore, it is possible that for a similar stay, the Clients have paid two different prices. The Client who has paid the highest price, will not in any case benefit of a partial reimbursement nor a partial discount to compensate the difference between the paid price and the promotional price.
TOURIST TAXES
The tourist taxes as collected for and to be paid to the Tourism Office, are not included in our prices. The amount is to be calculated per adult and per day and can be modified during the year.
ARRIVAL
The validity of the Accommodation or the Pitch reserved by the client is limited to 24 hours after the arrival date defined in the confirmation of the reservation by the Camping. Beyond 24 hours and in case of non-arrival by the Client, the Accommodation or Pitch will be out for hire at our website and all sums paid by the Client will be lost and will not be refunded by the Camping.
On arrival, the Client is obliged to present himself at the Camping reception desk with the reservation confirmation to inspect the registration upon arrival (=Check in).
At the date of the start of the stay, the hour of availability differs by category chosen:
- The Accommodation: as from 4pm until 7pm at the latest
- The Pitch: as from 2pm until 7pm at the latest
If the Client expects to arrive after 7pm; the Camping must be informed as soon as possible on the exact time of the late arrival by email (contact@campinghirondelle.com) and by phone (+33 475 218208). The Camping will inform the Client of the details of the procedure to follow in cases of late arrival.
No refund nor discount will be given to the Client for the nights lost due to the late arrival.
Full payment for services is still required if the CLIENT has not paid in full.
MINORS
Minors who are not accompanied by an adult are not accepted at the Camping.
DEPARTURE
At the last day of the stay, the departure hour differs depending on the chosen category:
- the Accommodation: at the latest 10am
- The Pitch: at the latest at 12am
If the hour of the check-out is not respected, the Client must pay a complementary night without the possibility to contest it.
For the accommodation, the Client must, at the latest the day before his departure, set the time of the obligatory inventory of fixtures for leaving the accommodation at the Reception. Appointments are made from 7am to 10am depending on remaining availability. The campsite manager will de facto fix the exit appointment of the Client who has omitted to make an appointment the day before his departure and this according to the remaining availability.
Before departure, the Client needs to check that no personal belongings nor personal trash stays behind in the Accommodation or on the Pitch. They should be taken with the Client or put in the trash zone at the Camping.
No discount nor reimbursement will be given to the Client for an earlier departure by choice.
STAY IN ACCOMMODATION
The description, the minimum duration of a stay, the prices and the maximum total of persons vary during the seasons and the style of accommodation; these details are available at our website.
For security reasons, the total of persons during the stay (children and babies included) cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation. The Camping holds the right to refuse access to the accommodation to any person above the foreseen capacity.
The inventory list stating the equipment is listed in each accommodation or available online. At the arrival, the Client should check it and inform the reception desk of any abnormality within 24 hours at the latest.
Every dissatisfaction regarding the cleanness of the accommodation or the state in general of the accommodation should be notified to the reception desk within 24 hours as to give the Camping the opportunity to solve the dissatisfaction. No remark will be honoured after 24 hours after your arrival date.
The accommodations are all non-smoking.
The rental of cotton or disposable sheets, towels and baby kits, is a supplement which is not included in the price of the accommodation.
The client can either bring their own sheets or rent them from the camping by reserving them at least 2 days before the arrival.
A security deposit of 500€ will be requested from the Client at the latest on arrival at the campsite by bank card only (no cash or cheque deposit will be accepted).
This will be returned in full on the day of departure or within eight days at the latest, after a cleaning check and a satisfactory state of the equipment in the accommodation.
If this is not the case, the amounts paid by the Camping to repair the damage of the accommodation, the due amounts of the stay and any other damage to the CAMPING's equipment will be kept from the deposit amount or invoiced to the Client. All cost for repair or due amounts that exceed the deposit amount will be charged to the Client.
The Client must return the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition.
The cost of the end cleaning is not included in the price of the accommodation.
The Client must clean the accommodation at the end of the stay himself.
The Client can also request that the cleaning be carried out by the Camping, for a cleaning fee at the latest the day before departure.
If the Client renders a dirty accommodation and if he did not take the cleaning option, then the cleaning fee will be invoiced or will be deducted from your security deposit.
STAY AT PITCHES
The description, the minimal duration of the stay and the prices vary in the seasons and the style of the Pitch; these details are available at our website.
For security reasons, the total of persons at the Pitch may not exceed 6 persons (children and babies included). The Camping holds the right to refuse any access to the Pitch to any person above the mentioned maximum capacity.
A security deposit of 500€ will be requested from the Client at the latest on arrival at the campsite by bank card only (no cash or cheque deposit will be accepted).
This will be returned in full on the day of departure or within eight days at the latest, after a cleaning check and a satisfactory state of the equipment in the pitch.
If this is not the case, the amounts paid by the Camping to repair the damage of the pitch, the due amounts of the stay and any other damage to the CAMPING's equipment will be kept from the deposit amount or invoiced to the Client. All cost for repair or due amounts that exceed the deposit amount will be charged to the Client.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES OR ANIMATIONS
Any free or paying activity or animation mentioned on our WEBSITE, in an email or proposed on site can, in certain circumstances, be modified or cancelled at your arrival on the site.
VARIOUS
To swim, only the following are authorized: flip flops, swimwear trunk, bikini, or swimsuit. Other clothing is prohibited.
Therefore, swimming shorts are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and especially in the two hot tubs.
The bracelet is always to be worn. It gives access to the inside animation and the waterpark. Also, it is strengthening the check on entering and exiting the Camping.
ANIMALS
One domesticated animal is admitted per Accommodation or per Pitch, by payment of a package fee per day non included in the price for the Accommodation or Pitch.
The Client must make it known during the reservation or at the arrival at the Camping.
The domesticated animals are not allowed to walk around freely and should be kept on a leach. They are not allowed in the public places (restaurant, bar, mini-club, waterpark).
They are welcome under the following conditions:
- Valid vaccination against Rabies
- Identification by tattoo or chip with an identity card given by the Société Centrale Canine.
The Client must have the health registration of the animal with them and act in accordance with the code of conduct of the Camping.
Dangerous animals or aggressive animals (including dogs of the 1st and 2nd category: bull terrier, pitbull, staff, staffy) nor “newly accompanying animals” are not accepted at the Camping.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation or interruption of the HOLIDAY insurance is mandatory if the CLIENT wishes to be covered in case of cancellation or interruption of the HOLIDAY by his/her own initiative for all possible individual and collective risks (Covid-19 illness, contact case, other illness, accident, death, dismissal, loss of vacations... This list is not exhaustive) of one of the participants to the HOLIDAY.
If the CLIENT does not subscribe, he/she takes the personal risk of losing all or part of the sums already paid, without any possible dispute with the CAMPING.
The CAMPING is not an insurance company but only a host. In this sense, it does not have the financial, legal and administrative capacity to personally take responsibility for the risks of cancellation or interruption of the CLIENT who is not insured.
The INSURANCE must be taken out at the end of the reservation with one of the insurance organizations of the CLIENT's choice available on the Internet.
The INSURANCE cannot be taken out directly on the CAMPING WEBSITE.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation (total or partial) due to the CLIENT:
At the end of the reservation, the CLIENT must take out an INSURANCE policy (see Article "CANCELLATION INSURANCE").
Whatever the reason for cancellation, the Client is obliged to send the cancellation request to the Camping at the latest 5 days before the date of arrival by email at contact@campinghirondelle.com
If the cancellation does not abide the conditions mentioned in this article, the Client must pay the total amount of the stay.
The date of the receipt of the cancellation email determines the amount lost to the Client.
- An amount of 40% of the total cost of the stay if the Client cancels at least 31 days or more before the date of arrival.
- An amount of 100% of the total cost of the stay if the Client cancels less than 30 days before the date of arrival or if the Client does not present himself at the reserved date of arrival.
No additional cancellation fee will be charged to the CLIENT.
If the Client has taken out a cancellation insurance after booking his/her stay, he/she should contact the insurance company to require the partial or total reimbursement of the sums already paid.
The Camping can send to the Client, upon request, the necessary supporting documents required by the insurance company.
The complementary services reserved by the Client and not used because of the cancellation, do not give a right to reimbursement nor a discount by the Camping.
Cancellation by the CAMPING (except in cases of force majeure):
In case of cancellation before the departure of the CLIENT from his place of residence to the CAMPING, the sums paid by the CLIENT will be refunded in full by the CAMPING after notification of the cancellation by email with acknowledgment of receipt and under the conditions referred to in Article L 214-1 of the Consumer Code. In the event of cancellation after the CLIENT's departure from his place of residence to the CAMPING, the latter undertakes to offer the CLIENT an equivalent STAY by bearing any additional cost and, if the services accepted by the CLIENT are of inferior quality, the CAMPING will reimburse him the difference.
MODIFICATION:
Modification by the CLIENT: GUARANTEE FLEX, free for all!
The Client can easily, free of charge, modify the following elements concerning his/her stay after the confirmation of his/her reservation:
- Dates of the stay during the current season: it is not possible to modify the dates of the stay to the next season
- Number or category of a pitch or an accommodation
- Category and number of the complementary services
To modify, the Client contacts the Camping by email (contact@campinghirondelle.com) exclusively, the details of the wanted modification without any justification and at least 1 month before the arrival date.
The Camping will inform rapidly the Client of the possible modifications depending on availability.
If the amount for the modified stay is higher than the amount of the original stay, the Client must pay the difference. In case that the amount of the modified stay is lower than the original amount, the price difference will not be reimbursed to the Client.
The Client is automatically covered by the FLEX GUARANTEE as per his/her firm booking. The modifications are free of charge and do not cause any cost for modification.
The maximum modification request per stay without charge is limited to 1.
Modification by the CAMPING:
If the CAMPING is obliged to modify the services initially planned for the STAY, it will make every effort to provide similar services; the CLIENT may either accept the modification or terminate the Contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid, under the conditions referred to in Article L 214-1 of the Consumer Code.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS and GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Clients commit themselves to adhere to and comply with the provisions of the camping's internal regulations, a copy of which will be given to them on request on arrival, and these general terms and conditions available on our WEBSITE.
If the internal regulations and the general condition are not respected by the Client or if damage to the establishment's equipment is caused by the Client, the Camping can undertake any sanctions up to obliteration of the stay, without the CAMPSITE being obliged to refund all or part of the cancelled nights.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to apply and comply with the sanction decided by the CAMPING. If early termination of the STAY is requested by the CAMPING due to serious misconduct on the part of the CUSTOMER, the latter must then leave the CAMPING as soon as possible.
LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE
It is the Clients' responsibility to take out insurance for any accident, theft, loss, or damage that may occur during his stay.
Therefore, the campsite declines all responsibility and cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, damage to personal objects (both in the accommodation, at the pitch and in the common areas), fire, bad weather, or any other incident which should be covered by the public liability of the Client or another Client.
It is also clearly indicated the parking spaces are not supervised and that the parking is completely at the risk and perils of the Client.
RESPONSABILITY OF THE CAMPING
All shown pictures and texts in the various commercial documents or on the website of the Camping are non-contractual. They only have an indicative character and serve only for informational purposes.
It is possible that certain activities, equipments or installations proposed by the Camping and shown in the various commercial documents or on the website are cancelled due to climate causes or in case of force majeure which are defined by the French courts.
PERSONAL DATA
The implementation of a privacy policy by the CAMPING is explained by its desire to inform the CLIENT about the nature of the personal data that may be collected when booking HOLIDAYS, the reason for their collection, the way in which they may be used and the rights they have over this data.
IMAGE
In accepting the present General Conditions and Terms of Sales, the Client expressly authorizes the camping free of charge to make pictures or film him during the stay and to use these pictures, videos and sounds and this for the duration of 5 years. This authorization applies also to all the persons that accompany the client. This is for national and international, promotional, and commercial purposes of the Camping.
However, the Customer can express his refusal by sending a request by e-mail to contact@campinghirondelle.com.
NON-RENUNCIATION
The fact that one of the parties punctually accepts the non-compliance by the other party of one of its obligations referred to in these general conditions cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation involved.
FORCE MAJEURE
The occurrence of an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code (i.e., any event beyond the control of the debtor that could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures), shall result in the suspension of the obligations of the parties under the Contract.
The party invoking an event of force majeure as referred to above shall immediately notify the other party of its occurrence by any written means. The parties shall meet to examine the impact of the event and agree, when applicable, on the conditions under which performance of the Contract may be resumed.
Any circumstances beyond the control of the parties that prevent the performance of their obligations under normal conditions shall be considered as grounds for exoneration from the parties' obligations and shall result in their suspension.
The party invoking the above-mentioned circumstances must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence and of their disappearance.
Will be considered as force majeure all facts or circumstances irresistible, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and which could not be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts. Expressly, the following are considered as force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals: storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, fires, stoppage of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks external to the CUSTOMERS, blockage of means of transport or supplies, epidemic or pandemic.
The parties will meet to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued.
JURISDICTION
The present general terms and conditions of sale are written in French. If they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
The present general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law.
The same applies to the rules of substance as to the rules of form.
In the event of a dispute or claim and if no amicable solution is found between the Client and the Camping, they will then fall under the exclusive, full, and entire jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris.
