Positiv: Un super séjour dans un super cadre (nature, calme) avec une équipe très sympa, à l’écoute, et leur conception de vie qui nous permet de faire de belles rencontres et de communiquer avec une facilité déconcertante (eh oui, à la Maïade les gens disent bonjour et sourient tout le temps). Un camping à taille et valeur humaines et bravo à Adeline et Alexandre pour leur accueil, discrétion et simplicité.

Positiv: Petit camping à taille humaine , pour les familles et pour les enfants 👍 0n s'y sent très libre ,de participer ou non aux activités proposées (sans remarque come c'est parfois le cas)! Comme le dit Alex,"vous êtes chez vous" 😉! Pour résumé : cadre agréable ,très ombrage ,très calme, bien équipé ! Par contre ,pour les plages( toutes accessibles par pistes cyclables), il faut prévoir le vélo ,donc excellentes vacances plus sportives !😜

Verbesserungswürdig: Nombre de sanitaire un peu limite surtout quand les les campeurs sont nombreux.

CONDITIONS GENERAL OF SALE

CAMPSITES AND RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS

PREAMBLE

The campsite USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** SAS Registered with the RCS, number 922 550 520 RCS MONT-DE-MARSAN (Share capital 15,000.00 Euros) 520 Route des Quartiers-Quartier Bourroc 40200 MIMIZAN is open from 01/04 to 30/09.

The reception is open in high season from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 19h(4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in low season).

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of confirmation by USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE campsite and must be presented upon arrival.

This reservation contract is nominative, strictly personal and non-transferable. You must provide proof of your Civil Liability insurance coverage at any time during your stay. The tenant accepts the location as is (trees, plantations, etc.)

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the sitewww.campinglamaiade.fr, or directly by telephone from the campsite. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.

In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's head office.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

2.1 Price and payment

The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT and tourist tax. All payments must be made to the order of LA MAÏADE campsite», either by credit card, by bank transfer, by Chèques Vacances Connect, or through our website www.campinglamaiade.fr.

The customer agrees to pay the balance of the stay no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Late payment will lead cancellation of the reservation.

The balance of the stay (animal or other supplement to the stay) must be paid on the day of arrival, and for the period reserved. Any stay started is due in full according to the dates indicated on this contract. No refund will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Any other supplement related to the stay will of course be paid before departure.

2.2 Application of dynamic pricing:

The USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite applies dynamic pricing (price adjustment based on changes in demand).

As a result, prices are likely to increase or decrease. Thus, it is possible that for the same stay, Customers may have paid different prices. Customers who paid the highest price will not be able to benefit from a refund of the difference between the price applicable to them and the promotional price or the lower price that another customer was able to benefit from under dynamic pricing.

2.3 Booking fees:

A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is due upon reservation, which will be deducted from the balance of the stay. For a reservation less than 30 days before the stay, the full payment is required. The reservation fee is 20 euros for rentals and 15 euros for pitches.

2.4 Terms and conditions

For reservations Camping pitch: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees. Each rental of a plot, or night, begins from 14h the arrival day in high season (4 p.m. in low season) and ends before 11hthe day of departure. Days are counted per night spent. In case of late departure, an additional day will be charged since any night started is due.

The pitch must be vacated and returned to its original condition at the end of the stay. Each plot cannot accommodate more than 6 people, beyond that, an additional pitch will have to be charged. The preferences expressed when booking will be satisfied subject to availability, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.

For reservations Rental accommodation: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees. that accommodation rental, or night, begins from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

The exit inventory must be scheduled in advance with the agreement of management according to staff availability. People who wish to leave the day before must imperatively vacate the premises before 7 p.m.

The rental accommodations are fully equipped, but personal linens must be brought (excluding linen rental service) reserved and the tidying up and cleaning remain your responsibility.

A deposit of 300 Euros will be paid before the stay and returned within 48 hours, after deduction of the cost of any missing equipment and repair costs. It also guarantees the impeccable cleanliness of the premises, since in the event of unclean accommodation, a flat rate of 115 Euros will be retained. No rental will be given without the tenant having provided or rented the sheets.

A supplement will be charged for any tents or gazebos on the plot or on the rental terrace.

All reservations include parking for one vehicle per plot or accommodation. Parking for a second vehicle must be subject to prior agreement from Management from the USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** Campsite with additional invoicing where applicable.

2.5 Early departure / Late arrival:

After a period limited to 48 hours from the date scheduled for the reservation, and in the absence of prior written information from the customer, the establishment reserves the right to dispose of the property promised for rental and to note that the contract has been cancelled has the customer's initiative. No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure. The amounts paid will remain acquired by the Management of the USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** Campsite.

2.6 Extension of stay

Any return of key after 10am or release of the location after 11h results in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

2.7 Eco-participation

An eco-participation is to be paid with the balance of the stay, calculated per night and per person.

The USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite is subject to taxes on the extraction of natural resources (clean water) and waste treatment (waste water, household waste, etc.). This is therefore a budgetary impact with compensation and awareness-raising value (0.45€/pers/night).

2.8 Cancelation :

Any reservation not paid in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled.

In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all sums paid.

In case of cancellation of vIn the event of any such action, the amount paid will remain the property of the Management of Camping USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** which may require the full amount of the stay. No refund will be made in the event of cancellation. We therefore advise you to take out a contract covering you against the consequences of the cancellation or interruption of your stay.

We offer you the option of taking out cancellation insurance with Neat Camping. This cancellation insurance offer (optional) guarantees a refund of your stay in the event of an unforeseen event before your arrival, and also covers you in the event of interruption of your stay, replacement vehicle, veterinary expenses, etc.

2.9 Balance of stays:

The balance payment is made for rentals and pitches, 30 days before your arrival, in full. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the stay must be paid in full upon booking.

2.10 Visitor reception:

For security reasons, visitors must register and pay a fee. Fee upon arrival at reception before visiting a resident or tenant. Management reserves the right to refuse access to any person not registered.

2.11 Pets:

Dogs are accepted, if they have an up-to-date vaccination record and within the limit of one animal per plot, excluding dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories. For safety reasons, they must be kept on a leash inside the campsite or kept on the plot and any droppings must be picked up and removed.

ARTICLE 3: INTERNAL RULES:

To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized by the Management of the USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite The latter is required to ensure the proper maintenance and good order of the land. the USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations.

In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply, the latter may terminate the contract. The USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the camper-caravaner's equipment which is its own fault; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).

It is up to the tenants and campers to ensure, the USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, and in the event of an incident falling under the civil liability of the tenant. Any damage to the premises, loss or destruction of the furniture items furnishing the accommodation or buildings with shared access automatically incurs the liability of its perpetrator.

ARTICLE 6 - APPLICABLE LAW

Any reservation implies compliance with the campsite's internal regulations and acceptance of the general conditions of sale listed above.

The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application shall be brought before the Judicial Courts or the Commercial Court of Landes, which shall have territorial jurisdiction.
