Welcome to Camping Bleu Mer !

We are delighted to welcome you to our brand new campsite, which we acquired in January 2019. Since then, extensive renovations have been carried out to bring the site up to standard and offer you optimal comfort.

You will discover new and varied accommodations: fully equipped mobile homes, modern studios, charming "Hobbit" cabins, and unique accommodations like the Coco Sweet, for an unforgettable vacation.

Our brand new heated swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th (weather permitting), for both small and large aquatic pleasures.

For sports and wellness, you will find a fitness area on site, as well as bike rentals for the whole family.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• RESERVING A PITCH OR RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
- To confirm the reservation, the tenant must return the contract with a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. Administration fees:
* €10 for 2 to 3 nights for pitches, cabins, and Coco-Sweet in the low season (April 1 to July 4 and from August 30 to October 4, 2026).
* €20 for pitches, cabins, and Coco-Sweet in the high season from July 4 to August 30, 2025.
* €20 for all mobile homes for the full season.
+ Cancellation/interruption insurance of 4.5% of the stay amount or a minimum of €25 (optional).
The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of the deposit.

• CANCELLATION
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our business.
- If the reservation is canceled 1 month or more before the arrival date and after the deposit payment will be retained or a minimum fee of €100 will be applied.
- If the reservation is canceled less than 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be retained.

• DELAY-CANCELLATION
We do not accommodate late arrivals. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made. If no further notice has been given by the tenant within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date/time, the mobile home will be re-let, with the amounts paid being retained as compensation. Early departure or late arrival will not result in a refund. The booking fee will be retained.

• PAYMENT TERMS
- Our prices include: Rental, parking space for one vehicle, gas, water, and electricity.
Pets are allowed in rental properties for an additional fee (EXCEPT category 1 and 2 dogs and over 25 kg), (maximum 1 pet per mobile home), provided basic hygiene rules are respected. Pets must not climb onto the benches, beds, or duvets. They must never be left alone or near the rental property. They must be kept on a leash, tattooed, and vaccinated. A vaccination record is mandatory.
- Upon receipt of the duly completed reservation request form and the deposit, a confirmation will be sent to you, along with a copy of the contractual reservation request, subject only to rental or pitch availability. The number of people declared must be respected. Any additional person on arrival not listed on the reservation contract will be charged.
- The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to your arrival at the campsite. If full payment is not received one month prior to your arrival, the campsite reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
- Security Deposit: The security deposit will not be cashed and will be requested upon arrival. Two checks will be required: one for €500 for the mobile home and badge + one for €75 for cleaning, or by credit card.
- The tourist tax is €0.66 per person for persons 18 years and over. The paid invoice will be sent to you by email at the end of your stay.
- Upon arrival, you must wear a wristband on the campsite, whether you are a tenant or resident, and for the entire duration of your stay.
- Rates include all taxes and 10% VAT.

• CHANGES
Any changes to the original contract (duration, identity, number of occupants, etc.) will result in its cancellation. If additional guests are added upon arrival, they will be billed as additional guests if the location allows. In the event of an inaccurate declaration, the contract will be automatically terminated, and the amounts paid will remain the property of the campsite.

• BARBECUES
Barbecues with open flames are prohibited.

• MOBILE HOME RENTAL
Arrival by 4 p.m. and departure by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. The departure inventory will be conducted with you as soon as you have finished cleaning. The mobile home must be returned as clean as upon arrival, otherwise the €75 deposit will be charged. Sheets, tea towels, and linens are not provided, but you can rent the kits (fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels) upon reservation. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the mobile home. If you break or damage anything, please report it to reception so that your deposit is not charged.
• CLEANING
Cleaning the rental is the tenant's responsibility. At the end of the stay, everything must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. We provide all cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner free of charge. Otherwise, a €75 cleaning deposit will be charged. In the event of exceptional soiling or stains, a €5 charge per stain (mattress protector, curtain, etc.) and €10 per duvet will be charged.

• PITCHES
Nightly rates, check-in 3:00 PM and check-out 10:30 AM (except from July 4 to August 30, minimum 2 nights). Please note! There is no wastewater disposal.

• VEHICLE
Only one vehicle per pitch. Additional vehicles must be parked outside the campsite.
For additional vehicles, an additional €3/day charge is applicable, subject to availability and with management approval.

• ELECTRIC VEHICLE
It is strictly forbidden to plug your vehicle into a bare pitch electrical box, a mobile home, Coco-Sweet, or cabin outlet. Since electrical outlets are only 10 amps, continuously plugging your vehicle in would cause the system to overheat and therefore pose a fire risk!

• VISITOR (person not listed on the initial contract)
Visitors are admitted with management approval, at a rate of €3/day per person, upon presentation of ID at reception, wearing a visitor wristband, and must leave the campsite before 11 p.m. They do not have access to the swimming pool or restrooms.
For visitors wishing to stay overnight, upon agreement with management and subject to the availability of the rental property or pitch, arrival after 3 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. is mandatory. A visitor wristband is required and access to the restrooms is required. Price: €13/night.

• CANCELLATION AND CURBATION INSURANCE (RECOMMENDED)
4.5% of the cost of the stay with a minimum of €25. BLEU MER campsite offers cancellation insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Campez Couvert undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay in accordance with their general terms and conditions. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure by phone or email. If the claim is covered by the general terms and conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.

• THE CAMPSITE'S LIABILITY
The campsite is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of any kind (vehicle or otherwise) during or following a stay, nor for breakdowns or outages of technical equipment. For your personal coverage (theft, damage) or damage caused by you in rental properties, it is essential to ask your insurer for a holiday extension to your comprehensive home insurance. Children must be under parental supervision.
