Conditions for Rentals
1. Any rented accomodation may only be used by the authorized signatory and can under no circmstances be let for sale or sublet.
2. Property renting comes into effect after due agreement and reception of 50% instalment of the total rent, to which are added renting charges and a cancellation policy (if you decided to subscribe to it).
3. Timetable :
Camping-Caravanning spots : Arrival : between 2 and 7 p.m Departure : before 11:00 am
- Double axle prohibited
For a rented accommodation : Arrival : between 3 and 7 p.m Departure : before 10:00 am
4. Pets are accepted (except category 1 and 2 animals) under the following conditions :
- If kept on a leach - If kept away from the pool, bathroom and toilets - If always looked after by their master - Certificate of vaccination
- Only animals of less than 5kg are allowed
5. The number of people living in the provided spot or rented accommodation should not exceed the figure indicated upon the arrival or authorized in the rented accomodation, even for one night. If this was to be the case, the access to the entrance of the village would be denied to this people. It is strictly forbidden to install a tent in the garden provided with the rented accomodation.
6. It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the ground. Barbecues on a stand are allowed with the necessary use precautions, outside the rented accomodations. Barbecues are at your disposal on the spot. Electric Barbecues are strictly forbidden.
7. Any visiting friend or parent should be declared in reception and settle the corresponding entrance charges for external visitors.
8. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the clients of “Camping Les Etangs Fleuris”. Persons under 18 are allowed to bathe under the responsability of parents. Swimming with a wetsuit or burkini is prohibited. Only swimsuits or swimming shorts are allowed.
9. The balance of the stay for a camping-caravanning spot should be entirely settled 30 days before arrival. No reduction of any sort can be consented in case of late arrival or anticipated departure. In the absence of a written message from the client, specifying a postponed arrival date, the spot becomes available for rent 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the rental aggreement. Article 13 or 14 becomes in this case applicable.
10. The balance of the stay for a rented accommodation should entirely be settled at the latest 30 days before arrival. No reduction of any sort can be consented in case of late arrival or anticipated departure. 11. For rented accommodations, a 200 € deposit (credit card only) will be required upon arrival. Maestro cards are not authorised. It will be entirely refunded by post in the week following the departure, if no housework is necessary and if no missing equipment is observed.
12. A cancellation policy is suggested for a minimum stay of one week rental of camping-caravanning spot or rented accommodation. The Insurance policy is delivered to you upon request.
13. In case of cancellation without any insurance policy subscribed : - More than 30 days before the stay: full refund
- Less than 30 days before the date of stay: no refund.
Cancellation of your trip in the event of COVID-19
We gurantee you reimbursement of your booking in full up to 10 days before your arrival in the event of Covid, or if a decision is taken as to lockdown, making your arrival or stay on Le Grand Paris campsite impossible:
- if the borders are closed - if you live in an area currently in lockdown;
- if the campsite is closed for administrative reasons - if participating guests are ill or self-isolating.
For your cancellation request in the event of COVID-19 infection, it is sufficient for you to request cancellation by e-mail, mentioning your name and booking number, as well as written proof of a positive test for one of the participating guests, registered at the time of your booking. Following the latest regulations, you will be asked for a covid health pass upon arrival at the campsite. For your cancellation request in the event of administrative restrictions, it is sufficient to send us the cancellation request by e-mail mentioning your name and booking number, as well written proof of your address. This is evidence to determine the administrative restrictions that have prevented you from coming to the campsite.
14. In case of cancellation with a subscription policy, you will still be charged of :
- The rental agreement charges and the cancellation policy
- A compensation for the breath of contract indicated above, which will be refunded to you by the insurance according to the conditions specified in the insurance policy (see cancellation paragraph).
15. It is up to the tenant to be insured in terms of public liability. The campsite declines any responsability in case of robbery, fire, bad weather... and in case of fire imputable to the public liability of the tenant. 16. The village rules are posted in reception. Any person coming to the village is requested to respect them.
