Boris was amazing! We had a very helpful handover with Charlie then set off on our 10 day road trip to the Scotish Highlands. We didn't need to plug in once which allowed us to spend half the time off grid. Boris is so well made, everything is top spec. All utensils for cooking and cleaning are supplied and there is so much storage! The swiveling seats are so useful and the bed was super comfy. We didn't need to use the heating once. Literally everything was thought of but Charlie and Myle's were responsive via text to answer little queries. Boris was easy to drive and honestly just a pleasure in every way. Everything had been thought of. 10/10 experience, we will 100% book again! September 2026

What a great van for us to discover the van life for the first time! Ness is very well thought out and has been cleverly built to be super practical in all kinds of weather. I never met Myles in person, as everything was arranged over the phone and via videos. However, everything that was described beforehand was accurate and as expected. The van has some nice features, although I felt it lacked a bit of character compared with other vans I’ve stayed in. Unfortunately, we did run into several issues during our trip. The main problem was that, while driving, the van stopped charging the battery. This meant that if we had planned to stay completely off-grid, we would have had to change our travel plans. Myles did say that if we needed an electric hook-up, they could contribute towards the cost. Luckily, our final planned location had one, and we managed to get there with just 12% battery remaining. We experienced a few other issues with the van, which I was told would be sorted before the next rental. However, I didn’t receive an apology or any offer of compensation or refund—just that “it will be sorted.” Also, the water hose supplied is far too short to comfortably fill the van’s water tank. We tried at four different locations and couldn’t fill it ourselves. Thankfully, someone nearby with a longer hose stepped in to help. September 2026

⭐ 5 Star service from start to finish. This was our first time hiring a campervan and Myles has set a very high bar! Ness was well equipped for the long drive from S. Wales to Cumbria, as this bespoke van provided stability and strength, alongside comfort and convenience. The pull out cooking essentials were a genius addition that ensured easy food prep regardless of weather conditions. Bed was very comfortable and the insulation and black out curtains enabled fantastic sleep every night! In summary, we were very reluctant to give Ness back! Amazing- have recommended Myles, Charlie and Ness to everyone who has been thinking about renting a campervan! Awesome trip - thank you. Juli 2026

Myles and Charlie were great to deal with. Communication was good and responsive. The handover was quick and easy. We hired " Debbie ". The van was comfortable and easy to drive. The water heating system was brilliant and it took no time at all to heat up. I'd recommend hiring from this lovely couple. Juli 2026
