Versicherung

COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE (IF CHOSEN) The renter has the following protection plans for the rental period: 1. Third Party Cover – covers third parties in case of death or body injuries and material damages to third parties. 2. Collision Damage Cover – covers damage to the camper by a car accident. 3. Vehicle Theft & Fire Cover – covers the cost of the camper or its parts due to theft or fire. 4. Covers the excess amounts (above 400€) of Collision Damage Cover and Vehicle Theft & Fire Cover. 5. Tyre & Window Coverage – covers tyre and window replacement. Exclusions – What is not covered: 1. theft of personal belongings from the vehicle. 2. damage caused to the camper intentionally or by negligence. 3. damage caused to the camper by incorrect fuel. 4. damage caused as a result of a violation of the rental agreement’s terms and conditions (e.g. driving in non-permitted areas). 5. Damage to the underside of the vehicle, if it occurs during the rental period. 6. negligence regarding loading of a vehicle (e.g. car unsupervised) or keys safe keeping (e.g. left in ignition). 7. cost for replacement of the keys in case of loss. 8. battery damage caused intentionally or by negligence. 9. tyre damage caused intentionally, by negligence or by driving in non-permitted areas as of rental agreement’s terms and conditions
Mindestalter von 24 Jahre Mindestdauer für den Besitz von Führerschein B: 4 Jahre oder mehr

Pannenhilfe

Wenn das Fahrzeug aufgrund einer Panne oder eines Zwischenfalls nicht mehr fahrbereit ist, wirst du von der durch den Vermieter bereitgestellten Pannenhilfe betreut. Eine Telefondurchwahl ermöglicht dir eine Kontaktaufnahme und Einweisung in die Schritte im Pannenfall

Gesicherte Zahlung

Wenn du deine Reservierung aufgrund einer Fahrzeugpanne oder aus Gründen, die mit dem Vermieter zusammenhängen, nicht antreten kannst, wird unser Team dir andere passende Fahrzeuge vorschlagen oder eine volle Rückerstattung durchführen.

Garantie bei Abreise

Wenn du deine Reservierung aufgrund einer Fahrzeugpanne oder aus Gründen, die mit dem Vermieter zusammenhängen, nicht antreten kannst, wird unser Team dir andere passende Fahrzeuge vorschlagen oder eine volle Rückerstattung durchführen.
