Versicherung

The vehicle cannot be picked up until full payment and retention of the security excess has been made. The amount of the excess is set at 1500 € and can be paid in cash or by credit card. For the vehicle with roof tent the security amount is set at 500€. Upon receipt of the vehicle, the amount of the excess will be blocked from the driver's card, which will cover any damage or loss of the vehicle and its equipment during the rental period. The guarantee will be fully refunded at the end of the rental if no damage is found. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the bank issuing the card. Our company does not accept debit cards to bind the security deposit amount. Our company has the right to claim compensation for damages even five working days after the delivery of the vehicle by the renter, because it takes time to examine all the components of the vehicle. The amount of the security excess covers the liability for the renter's obligations arising from any accident or damage as well as any additional expenses (traffic violations, emptying the toilet, filling the fuel tank, etc.). The renter is fully liable and obliged to compensate in full the amount of the guarantee for any damage not covered by the relevant insurance policy, even it exceeds the amount of the insurance guarantee.

Pannenhilfe

Wenn das Fahrzeug aufgrund einer Panne oder eines Zwischenfalls nicht mehr fahrbereit ist, wirst du von der durch den Vermieter bereitgestellten Pannenhilfe betreut. Eine Telefondurchwahl ermöglicht dir eine Kontaktaufnahme und Einweisung in die Schritte im Pannenfall

Gesicherte Zahlung

Wenn du deine Reservierung aufgrund einer Fahrzeugpanne oder aus Gründen, die mit dem Vermieter zusammenhängen, nicht antreten kannst, wird unser Team dir andere passende Fahrzeuge vorschlagen oder eine volle Rückerstattung durchführen.

Garantie bei Abreise

Wenn du deine Reservierung aufgrund einer Fahrzeugpanne oder aus Gründen, die mit dem Vermieter zusammenhängen, nicht antreten kannst, wird unser Team dir andere passende Fahrzeuge vorschlagen oder eine volle Rückerstattung durchführen.
