We can’t recommend Brian enough! We had an amazing weekend hiring Harris for our first family motorhome trip to Skye. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The handover was brilliant, Brian took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable with how it all worked. He was also incredibly accommodating to our needs, which made the whole trip stress-free. Thanks again for helping make our first motorhome adventure so memorable. What an amazing experience, from pick up to drop off and everything in between. Brian was so helpful and encouraging as we had never used a motorhome before. He explained everything very clearly and there is a really handy folder in the motorhome incase you have missed anything. I would honestly recommend having a chat with Brian about hiring… it’s life changing. We hired Harris who had everything you could possibly need and even things we didn’t know we needed. We hired Hamish for 5 days for our trip to Shieldaig. The whole process from start to finish was first class. The motorhome was immaculate, very well equipped and great to drive. Brian was brilliant at explaining and talking us through the motorhome. The instruction book that comes with the van is really good, any information you need is in the book, plus Brian is available on the end of the phone if needed. The MH ticked all the boxes for us. We had everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable for our 16 day hire. Brian was very easy to deal with and overall communication was excellent throughout. We can highly recommend to any future travellers. Juni 2026

Here’s a warm and enthusiastic review you could post: We recently hired Hamish for a long weekend exploring Scotland’s stunning west coast, and what an experience it was! Hamish was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Everything had clearly been well looked after and maintained to a very high standard. The campervan was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free adventure. Brian was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, informative, and always happy to help, making the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. It was reassuring to know we had such knowledgeable support before setting off. The only downside? A few days simply wasn’t long enough! We absolutely loved the freedom and comfort of travelling in Hamish and are already looking at dates to book again—next time for a week or more. We had a great time with Harris in the Hebrides. Harris was easy to drive and comfortable. We visited Aviemore, Ullapool, ferry to Stornoway , Laxdale in Lewis, Horgabost in Harris, ferry from Berneray to Leverburgh, Balranald in North Uist, Moorcroft in North Uist, ferry from Lochmaddy to Uig in Skye, Aviemore then home. Occasionally we required heating on and Harris was warm within minutes. The folding down table was easy to assemble and was a good idea. Would like to thank Brian and his wife for allowing us to hire Harris for our trip. Would not hesitate to hire Harris again. Mai 2026

The handover was very smooth, Brian and his wife were lovely and flexible with timings. This was particularly important for us as we stayed in Harris whilst attending my son’s wedding. Our wee dog (also Harris) loved his stay. Harris the van was clean, and everything needed was available. April 2026
