We had the most amazing weekend on the Isle of Skye with “Hamish”. The van was absolutely perfect! The booking process was extremely smooth and easy, Patrick was very helpful and quick at replying to any questions. Patrick est venu nous récupérer à l’aéroport. Nous avons roulé 10 min jusqu’à un parking tranquille pour prendre le temps de nous expliquer tout les détails du van pendant une heure, il a été très clair . Le séjour s’est très bien passé, le van est très pratique, moderne et simple d’utilisation. Nous l’avons ramené à son domicile à Glasgow à midi le dernier jour. IME prévu, nous avons pris le temps de faire le tour et de constater que tout était correct et propre. Cela s’est passé dans de très bonnes conditions, Patrick est vraiment une personne très agréable et très gentil. Il nous a gentiment expliqué comment rejoindre le centre de Glasgow, via le train que nous avons pu prendre à cinq minutes à pied de chez lui August 2025

We met Jason, who works with Patrick at the address given. Jason was absolutely brilliant. He talked us through every detail of the van (which was immaculate). He was professional, but also a great laugh and reassured us that even if something was to go wrong once we were on the road, he would be available to help and we really felt that he had our back. This feeling of reassurance helped us to have no worries on the road and our trip to The Caringorms was one to remember. The VW van itself has loads of incredibly innovative features and we were completely happy with what it has to offer. If and when we come back to Scotland, we will 100% be using Wee Coo Campers again! August 2025

I hired Bettie for a few days and was very impressed by both Wee Coo Campers and Bettie herself. I met Jason at the handover and he was extremely knowledgable about the VW California Camper and gave us an exellent induction into operating the Campervan. The Campervan itself was spotlessly clean, very well cared for and ran like a dream. When it came to handing her back Jason was very organised and quickly organised the hand back. I would definitely use Wee Coo Campers again and would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family. Juli 2025

We took the car to the Isle of Skye, and the car performed wonderfully. It still felt brand new and was very clean; the chunky tires were a great help on the bad Northern roads. Patrick and his father Jim were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I look forward to renting Hamish for a lot more adventures. Juni 2025

We hired 'Maggie' for 10 wonderful days to explore the Outer Hebrides, Skye and the West Highlands of Scotland this April. Prior to vehicle collection Patrick was very prompt to answer a couple of questions I had. Then on the day of collection Jason gave a very thorough 45 minute run through of how Maggie works. There's also a very easy to read guide for reference provided. As a campervan novice I left the pickup point confident I knew what I was doing! Maggie was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 toddlers) and was great for navigating and exploring the smaller roads of Scotland's west coast. Surprising spacious with good storage and supplied with everything we needed. Hopefully we'll rent Maggie again in the not too distant future and can't recommend Patrick and Jason at Wee Coo Campers enough! April 2025

The entire experience from the ease of booking in the first instance to collecting the van from Patrick was seamless. Patrick took the time to explain and demonstrate how things worked in the van and this meant that when we pitched up at the site on our first night we were able to quickly set up the van ready to first of all sit round the table playing cards before setting up to get into bed. After collecting the van we set off for Alton Towers and had booked into the site 1/2 a mile from the theme park. We arrived there around 8pm after a smooth and very comfortable drive, as it’s an automatic it’s like a big go kart, so easy to drive! After a fun filled day at Alton Towers we were heading to Berkshire to watch our daughter play in the woman’s U18 6 Nations rugby festival held at Wellington College! Unfortunately due to being Easter weekend we couldn’t get booked on a site as everywhere was looking for bookings for the entire weekend rather than one night bookings. We chose to spend the night at the Moto services at Reading and despite not having access to an electric hook up we were able to function normally with the use of the 60 hour leisure battery. After watching our daughter play against Italy we travelled back north with the option of staying again at a service station should I get too tired to continue driving. We made it all the way back to Glasgow, again after an extremely comfortable drive and this gave us the Sunday to ensure the van was in a suitable condition to return on to Patrick on the Monday! Will definitely book again in the future, a wonderful van that gave us the freedom to travel at leisure with the option to stop whenever we wanted knowing we’d have a comfortable night’s sleep regardless! Patrick at WeeCoo was a pleasure to hire from. Communication was excellent from the moment the request was made and the whole process was stress free. The VW was exactly as described and the trip was made even better by the fact we never felt like we couldn't ask questions along the way!
