What a lovely helpful couple Jen & Pete are. Made us feel at ease straight away & explained exactly where everything was & how it all worked. Very clean & organised motorhome. Everything we needed was there. Even the plates that were hiding in the microwave! We had a great couple of days in the New Forest with this lovely home from home. Plenty of space for us three single friends & my large dog who loved it. That bed that comes down is great! My friend loved it as much as she loved driving the vehicle. I loved the cocoon underneath & snuggled down in there nicely. While my other friend enjoyed the large bed at the back. Which was great to have as a 2nd socialising space when packed away. Loved this motorhome. Only disappointment was we only booked 2 nights! Highly recommend this motorhome & the lovely owners you get to meet. Thank you! 🙏 Mai 2025

Reaktion von Jen I’m not sure how you can leave a 2 star review. You ccollected in a rush and said you knew how to work everything, and then complained when you returned that you couldn’t get the gas to work without calling us. My wife showed you in less than 2 minutes that it was working. You returned the motorhome dirty inside and out, a day early with an hours notice, in the dark, without filling up with diesel as agreed. You also left rubbish and your leftover food that we had to clear out. I’m guessing the issue was that I charged you the agreed fees for cleaning and filling up with diesel. As we said, if you have any issues, please call us and we can sort them out over the phone! I have only ever charged fees once, and don’t like to do it, but we are clear upfront what they are if the motorhome is looked after.
