James was excellent at explaining how things in the can worked and was very responsive to a couple of queries we had while we were away. Van was great - perfect experience for first timer’s like ourselves and we wished we had booked it for longer! September 2025

We booked at the last minute, as the one we were supposed to have wasn’t available and there was no contact with the original rental. With James, communication was excellent – within a single day we arranged all the details regarding pick-up and payment. The handover was very smooth; James explained everything clearly – what each feature was for and how to use it. The campervan was well equipped, with everything you might need for a trip like this. We had no issues at all while driving the NC500, whether staying at campsites or wild camping. In case of any problem, James was always easy to reach and provided quick assistance. Really easy pick up and very straight forward. Host James was easy to get hold of and nothing was an issue. The van itself was very good and was kitted out for everything we needed. Will definitely be booking again and using James. Thanks again James August 2025

Short trip to see if we would prefer a campervan over motorhome. Dean very good with showing us how everything worked and suggesting sites to stay at. I think a good way of telling how good something is is the response when things go wrong. We had a problem with the van the 1st night and Dean was there with a replacement within hours of messaging him the following morning. First class support. Lovely vans. Genuine nice guy. This was the perfect van for our family trip around Scotland driving the NC500 and James was brilliant with communication and all aspects of the hire of the van from start to finish. We had a small technical issue while on the road and he was always at hand on the phone to give info and support to solve the problem. Would highly recommend hiring a van from James; great guy and a great experience all round. August 2024

Would rate my experience of hiring a campervan with James first class.He is a top bloke who fully explained everything. Was available to contact throughout if needed, and even rang to ensure everything was OK for me. Was a great roadtrip, van itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Rented from James for two weeks to do the Scotland 500, with our dog too! Fab van with loads of space- excellent instructions before we left and a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was okay. James could not have been more helpful.
