The motorhome was great but the additional costs were very disappointing plus we had a language barrier to deal with. The no card just cash deposit was also not helpful for the trip. We accepted the 150 euros for the cleaning charge then they said it was a service charge and decided to take another 200 euros off the deposit for cleaning after the trip. We bought cleaning products to make sure the campervan was in good order to give it back after the trip plus we took the van back with more diesel in the tank than we got it, the campervan had only a quarter tank left and we gave it back with over half a tank. Das Wohnmobil war so gut wie neu, perfekt ausgerüstet und in einem Topzustand. Die Abwicklung von der Übergabe bis zur Rückgabe war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder! Juni 2024
