We had a nice few days in the van. The kitchen was just as described, although the fridge is a camping-style one and not suitable for storing food for several days. The van was a bit old and worn, but it was good enough for what we needed. The low rating is due to the lack of information and the unpleasant attitude from Jo during check-in. He kept saying everything was explained in the video, but he could have given us the option to pay for unlimited mileage, and he didn’t. And yes, everything is described in the app, but a little more kindness and clarity would be appreciated — especially when you're coming from another country and don’t fully understand the language. I hope the negative reviews help improve the service. Thank you.

sonia . the issue is you did not read the advert in the first place.
the unlimited miles is talked about there - and anyway we know you did not read the advert because after booking your first question was you wanted the van at 10 am . this is also explained as " not possible " in the advert .
The advert also states that the van has a cool box - not fridge so you cant really expect anything more - or less. The price you paid for the van would suggest an older van - you wouldn't get a new van on that price !
also unlimited miles is NOT offered on less than 5 days so you would not have been able to book it .
you did TRY and add it AFTER you travelled which is a strange thing ! how does that work ? !!!
sorry to say but we have continued problems with Spanish NOT reading the adverts . Then asking allot of questions and then complaint suggesting they didn't know.
the French , dutch , germans , Australians and kiwis all read the advert and have told us it is comprehensive .
we suggest reading more next time .
