The van was superb, everything we needed and had a really good time away. Katie the owner went above and beyond in all ways from first booking, making arrangements for flexible pickup and dropping off. Thank you for a wonderful experience, will be booking again for next year. August 2025

We hired this VW campervan for a 10-day tour of Scotland's north coast. The initial handover went very well as we looked forward to our holiday ahead. However, we encountered a few problems which is why we couldn't give a 5-star rating on this occasion. Halfway around Scotland we had a puncture which required the AA to arrange a local tow truck to take us back to their garage to fit the spare wheel. During this process the owners and Goboony were very helpful. The local garage said the alloy wheel rim was cracked most likely by hitting a pot hole which caused the low profile tyre to deflate. The garage said this happens every week due to the high number of pot holes around the NC500 route. The pot holes are almost impossible to avoid no matter how you drive, making low profile alloy wheels unsuited to those roads. The insurance company paid out the owners repair cost in full after several weeks of delay. It was deemed a no-fault claim but we still lost our deposit and had to wait even longer to get our £85 tow-away cost reimbursed from the owners. The second issue was running out of gas after 5 days which meant we couldn't cook meals or make hot drinks. we ended up buying expensive coffee on the go and eating out in the evenings. On another occasion, the 10m EHU cable wasn't long enough to reach the connection post from our pitch on the campsite. No power at all for that night. We received very little by way of voluntary compensation from the owners despite returning their vehicle spotless inside and out. We did otherwise enjoy our holiday although Goboony isn't a cheap option. We now own of our own VW campervan but we learnt a lot from the Goboony experience! August 2025

We had an absolutely great 4 nights away in the van – so much so that we’re actually considering buying one ourselves! Our two kids loved it and have already asked if we can go again soon. Katie was fantastic, showing us how everything in the van worked and made the whole experience really simple. I would definitely recommend them aswell as there van. April 2025

A fantastic motor home perfect for our weekend away ! It was so well equipped with a coffee machine and microwave, camping chairs etc.. Katie could not have been more helpful , we are already looking forwards to hiring Katie’s vehicle again next year :) Juli 2024

I really enjoyed my roadtrip to the New Forest in Bluebell. Katie and her husband Ryan are a lovely couple, the communications with them were great from the start. They were very flexible with the pickup and return arrangements and Katie took the time to go through all the van's features with me even though it was pouring with rain. Bluebell has all the facilities I needed for my trip, everything worked as it should and I will definitely be booking again next year. Juli 2024

Wow - that is the review! In a time where customer service is lacking I can honestly say Katie was absolutely fantastic. From the first enquiry to collection of Bluebell, it was nothing short of amazing. From collection at unsociable hours (and delayed return to traffic) to the welcome pack we received. This was our first campervan trip and we can’t wait to re-hire Ryan & Katie’s van! It was immaculate, very high spec and included everything we could possible need. Ryan’s handover was extremely thorough and covered all aspects. Excellent communications from Katie throughout. 5 stars all round- would highly recommend and definitely book with them again. We had a fantastic weekend away in Bluebell. The van is a pleasure to drive and the handover by Katie and Ryan was clear and simple. Once at our destination I found it super easy to set everything up based on their instructions. They have thought of everything needed, the camper was perfectly kitted out for an enjoyable weekends camping off grid. We met up with family who had brought their caravans but Bluebell was the star of the show. 2 adults and 2 children stayed in the campervan for 2 nights; we were cosy and comfortable during the day and at night. Katie and Ryan were lovely and great to deal with and the whole experience felt like a proper adventure. Juli 2024

Bluebell was great! Katie gave a very thorough handover running through the key parts of the van. However if you forget anything there is a handy manual provided to help you out. The van has all the essentials you might need, and everything was in great condition. The flexible pick up and drop off times made for a stress free weekend for all. 10/10 would recommend! Juni 2024

We had a wonderful weekend away in Bluebell. Drives brilliantly and has all the mod cons for a comfortable night’s sleep. The cooling fan was great in 30 deg heat. The drive away awning gave us a nice bit of extra space for the family too. Katie was lovely and made the pick up and drop off hassle free. Thank you. September 2023

Great van, easy to drive & set up. Easy to use facilities too, like the rock n roll bed, fridge, microwave. The solar power came into its own off-grid. Katie & Ryan were fantastic & made the whole process really easy. Received loads of van compliments whilst camping, no surprise as it's in tip top condition & looks great too! We had a fab time with this camper. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. This was our first time using a camper, and they walked us through all of the features and how to use it.
