The van was amazing from start to finish. The handover was easy and took less than an hour. There was a lot of information but we were so glad it was all in the folder too to make it easy when we were starting our journey (we were 1st time campervanners). The van drove well and the inside had absolutely everything we needed. The heating was great, heated up very fast and made it cosy. The bed was comfier than my bed at home, slept like a queen even in the yellow weather warnings. Communication prior to and during our rent period was fantastic. Very helpful and quick to respond. Next time I would book through their own website instead of Goboony to save some money. Only downside was that the handbrake was broken so we found it difficult to level the van using the wedges when only leaving it parked in gear instead of using the break. April 2025

We booked the Wee beastie for a week and it was an amazing experience! The Van is perfectly suited for 2 people. Large enough to live/sleep dine comfortable, but still small enough to navigate the small roads of the NC500. John and Martin were great hosts and were always reachable for questions and help! Had a wonderful time using Beastie for a week around the NC500. Despite a couple of issues which were met with the utmost care when asked about. Would highly recommend Beastie for a trip around Scotland Oktober 2024

The handover went well, although John wasn't available. Jan talked us through the do's and don'ts although he said that he had never shown this particular campervan before. Fortunately we were with friends that had their own campervan, so they were able to help us. However the manual was really helpful as it's a lot to take in. We travelled to the Western Isles and down to Benbecula. We loved our trip in the campervan so much that we are considering buying one of our own. The van had everything you need, really comfortable bed and very easy to drive. We had our reservations about the bench seats having to be made into the bed every night, however it was worth the effort as it gave us more room during the day. A small doormat would be a welcome addition to help keep the van clean. September 2024

We had a magnificent trip with ‘the beast of the east ‘ campervan of John and Martin. We rented it for two weeks and stayed more than a week on Skye. It is not too big and so suitable for the narrow roads. John and Martin are very friendly and helpful, arranging a late turnover at the start and bringing us to the trainstation at the end. Took van for 10 days to Outer Hebrides - excellent handovers with no difficulties - John and Martin were very responsive to any queries and very helpful. Would have no hesitation in renting the van from them again. Juli 2024

We took the beast of the east to do the NC500 route and it was amazing. The camper is perfect and genuinely had everything needed to make our trip the best. The bed is very comfy too. I would 100% recommend, John and Martin were great at communicating and were very accommodating. I would definitely use the camper again! Juli 2024
