Jacqueline was helpful from the moment we booked. Everything was very smooth, including the collection and handover. Jacqueline explained everything during handover. We rented Jacqueline's motorhome for 4 days to make a trip to Swindon. She was very helpful, polite and very responsive. The motorhome is exactly as discribed and shown in her page. Our trip besides the M25 traffic was easy and we reached our destination with no problems. We stayed 4 people and cooked our meals easily in the kitchen. Thanks Jacqueline. September 2025

Tha van was exactly what we wanted for our trip, pickup and return were easy and Jacqui was very helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. Would thoroughly recommend and will certainly hire ourselves again from Jacqui in the future. August 2025

Jacqui was really helpful with information prior to travelling, with handover and with returning the vehicle. The vehicle was perfect for our first motor home trip of a week, the 3 beds are all of a good size. The overcab is the largest (our daughter had that one), my husband and I shared the upper bunk with no issues and our teenage son had the lower bunk. The fridge was plenty large enough with a large drawer at the bottom for drinks/bottles. We didn’t use the shower but the toilet was very handy to have. The kitchen facilities were enough for us, we cooked in the van a couple of nights, ate out the rest. A contents list would be handy for the future just to know what’s already on board and what might be useful to bring if you’re planning on doing more cooking than we did. The vehicle drove really comfortably, the USB ports were handy for charging, plenty of lights inside for the evenings. Overall a very positive trip. November 2024

This was our first time in a motorhome and have to say the experience was far beyond my expectations. Jaqcui was fantastic responded to my texts and calls straight away she was a fantastic help . The motorhome was well appointed with heating , ventilation, oven & hob and shower and toilet the motorhome although daunting at first was a pleasure to drive. I have to say a huge thank you to Jaqcui. September 2024

Thoroughly enjoyed our motor home experience, Jacqueline did a great handover despite having a broken ankle and being on crutches! Everything was explained in detail, the vehicle was was great and our granddaughter loved the electric lift double bed! We stayed 2 nights at Ocon hall park in Shrewsbury and then 3 nights at Three cliffs bay in Gower, the weather for the most part was perfect! This was our second motor home trip and it looks like we may take the plunge and get one of our own as we absolutely love the whole experience of just being able to plan a long trip or just get up and go ! Jaqueline’s motor home was very comfortable with all home comforts supplied, we would definitely hire again from Jaqueline! August 2024
