The handover went very smoothly. Declan and his pop were outstanding, generously providing us with camping chairs at no extra charge. We initially headed to Scotland, but due to the weather, we had to alter our plans and ended up in Ripon for the final leg of our adventure. The motorhome was surprisingly spacious, comfortably accommodating all six of us, and the kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely rent from them again. August 2024

We really enjoyed our stay in declans motorhome, it had everything you need and more for your trip, it was clean and tidy, changeover was easy aswell, they are really nice people, never been in 1 before but we soon got into the swing of things, would definitely go again, would really recommend. Wo soll man anfangen!! Wir haben den Van gemietet, um im Dezember nach Schottland zu reisen. Er war gut präsentiert, als wir sauber und komplett ausgestattet ankamen!! Wir bekamen einen Rundgang durch den Transporter und er funktionierte sehr entspannt. Man sagte uns, wir könnten jederzeit anrufen, wenn wir irgendwelche Probleme hätten, was wir auch taten, und sowohl Vater als auch Sohn waren sehr hilfreich. This was our 1st ever time renting a motorhome and we were so happy that we rented Hendy through Declann. Really nice people that helped us throughout our journey with any questions/issues we had. Couldn’t recommend them more! Januar 2024

Lovely spacious and well kitted out Motorhome. Very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. The only hiccup was on pickup when we couldn’t get the bike rack to work. The ratchet has broken but we managed to still use it with additional straps and bungees. Our children absolutely loved it. Would recommend! November 2023

We hired this van from Declan and his family for the October half term for a road trip around the west coast of Scotland. It was our 1st trip like this, along with our 2 kids (8 & 9years old) and 2 Labradors. It was the most amazing trip, everything we had planned for and more. All comms prior to collection were great, Dec sent through loads of videos for us to watch to familiarize ourselves with the workings of the van which was a great help, and his mum & dad managed the handover with us on collection and drop off. They were brilliant, talked us through everything we needed to know and got us off on the road! The van itself is in great condition, and full of everything you would need for a trip away (minus a corkscrew and wine glasses - no biggie - we bought one and drank wine in mugs on the beach!! :) . We would definitely recommend hiring from this family if you are considering it - great service, great van, friendly and helpful family. All good! Thank you for helping make our first road trip go smoothly!! November 2023
