Pascalle was very helpful and quick to respond to communications. We really enjoyed our trip but felt the van needed some maintenance. We were unable to use the awning due to missing parts and one of the windows wouldn't stay open. However I think they planned to replace this van next season. My husband said the van was easy to drive as automatic and there was plenty of storage. This was our first experience of a camper van and we are keen to use one again. Oktober 2023
