I had a lovely time with Nessie. She's very easy to drive even on the most adventurous road (there's many of them in Wales!) and has much more storage room than it seems. Being able to stand in the back thanks to the extendable roof is very convenient. Some of the equipment mentioned in the listing was not on board at handover but Ken was happy to get it from the house when I asked. Some of it is a bit outworn but everything is functional. Communication always went smoothly and Ken was very supportive when a tyre lost air during the trip. Should I return to Wales to explore more of this beautiful country, I'd gladly rent Nessie again. Handover with Kenneth was simple and straight forward. We took Nessie to Snowdonia to do some hiking. We enjoyed our stay and everything in the van worked well. Would rent again! April 2025

Good size van, clean and tidy, easy to use and great communication with Ken. Couple of issues with getting the electric and heating system working, but overall did the job. April 2025

Kenneth was very lovely and a delight to rent from. The van was well equipped and set up. Plenty of space to work with and standing room. The solar panel worked perfectly, we were able keep the fridge running and charge devices with the meter never reaching even close to yellow. Small issue as central heating wasn't working, but as the time we were travelling was warm, it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend. März 2025

Ken was very helpful in showing the features of the van. Initially the heater wasn't working but we were able to reset it and it then functioned with no issues. We travelled around Wales and the van handled the different road types well. Important to note that the speed is in kilometres, not miles - so make sure you know your conversations. The odometer is also in kms, so just keep track to ensure you stay below the limit. Overall the van was quite comfortable and clean, no major hassles. Januar 2025

I took this motorhome to west Wales with the little one and we had a great time. It was easy to drive (automatic) and small enough to handle easily on the country lanes. Kenneth took time to explain all of the features on handover and the camper was well equipped with everything that we needed. Oktober 2024

I had an awful experience renting this van. The owner Kenneth only informed me of a noisy cam belt issue on the day of collection, which should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to make alternative arrangements and had to take the van as is. I would not have hired the van if informed of this issue in advance. the van broke down on Sunday night, after squealing ridiculously loudly for over 25 minutes, leaving us stranded on the way home from Glastonbury festival. We had no choice but to get towed home by the AA who repeatedly instructed DO NOT DRIVE the vehicle. This was a stressful and inconvenient end to our trip. The owner’s lack of transparency and failure to properly address the issue both before and after renting out the van was unacceptable. Renting a vehicle with known mechanical problems is irresponsible, especially when it compromises the safety and reliability of the trip. I cannot recommend this van or this owner—beware of hidden issues and poor communication. Photo attached of the vehicle on tow truck. August 2024
