Simply great comms from the off; Kelvin was always very quick to reply to my early questions prior to collection and throughout the hire period. Collection process was simple - lots of advise and clear instructions regarding the use of the van (very thorough and well documented) and an offer of any follow up calls/questions while I was away; not required as the time spent during the handover period (45min) was first class. The van was in superb condition, immaculately clean on collection with lots of basics included we hadn’t considered; sweeteners, S&P, spray oil, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc🙏. The van was an easy drive and perfect for our needs, venturing across to the Lake District. Would defiantly hire again, if we haven’t purchased our own first 😁 Juni 2025

This was my first time driving and staying in a camper van. Alex provided all the information I needed and was very patient with my various questions before and during the handover as well as being on hand during the rental period to answer even more questions! She was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the van which had all we needed and even a few extras thrown in. August 2022

Highly recommend renting this campervan. Came fully equipped with everything we needed, comfy to sleep in, and big enough to stay comfortably for the week. Had a good explanation of how the van works before departure. Would definitely rent again.  September 2022

Hire experience was spot on, no issues at all and every query was answered very promptly by both the owner and Yescapa. We needed to change the dates and insurance cover after booking and this was very smooth and efficient. Van was just as advertised and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic trip and overall van experience could not have been better. We would definitely recommend and would use gain. Juni 2023

We rented the vehicle for our holiday in Lincolnshire and everything went very smoothly. We were able to leave our own car at the owners property which was very safe and secure so we had no concerns about leaving it there. The van was as advertised, clean, well maintained and well equipped. As we had never rented a van before we were well briefed and had contact numbers for reassurance, although all went well and no unexpected issues arose. Excellent all round experience. August 2023
