Neil was very helpful with videos, emails and advice before the pick up and when we collected Frankie. We did struggle a bit with the drive - it is a very 'jiggly' motorhome with a bit of an awkward gearbox (it didn't like going into 2nd gear!) - my poor husband was green after sitting in the back section for the last 45 mins of our journey. Overall, she served us ok - the beds were comfortable and we managed to cook a couple of times. There are definitely bits that need updating or replacing, though. The mixer tap fell off the shower, the kettle handle broke on the second day, but these will be mended for the next user, I am sure. If we hired one again, we would want a more up to date model with more space. September 2025

Neil was an absolute star, his handover videos were really informative and his communication was excellent. The motorhome (Bernie G) was fantastic and had everything we needed and worked really well. Despite its size, it was actually very easy to drive and was comfortable for the long journey. If we couldn't work out how to do something, the videos were extremely helpful and Neil was always responsive if we had any queries. I would highly recommend using Neil and his motorhomes Juli 2024

The hiring of “Bernie G” from Neil was an incredibly easy process. Booking, communication, the flexibility of pick up/drop off times and cleanliness were great. Bernie G is an excellent motorhome with plenty of space and good facilities including living area air-con, which was a perfect addition, particularly with the hot weather during the booking. Highly recommend Bernie G. It's a really nice set-up, comfortable to drive and a delight to use while travelling. September 2023

We (5 adults) rented the van for three nights for a small music festival. I hadn’t driven a vehicle of this size before and found it pretty straight forward. Neil’s video, in advance of the trip, was a great way of understanding what to do and not to do, and how to get the best out of the hire. The handover was also very helpful. The van is very well designed, with comfortable seating and beds, and all the essentials you need. There is enough room but ideally you need to be outside or out and about, using it as a base. 5 people inside for a long time wouldn’t have been massively comfortable! We were very pleased with all aspects of the van, and Neil’s support, and have no hesitation providing this recommendation. Mai 2023

We had a fantastic time in Frankie which was easy to drive, super comfy and attentional to detail on all the items in the van was first class as we had everything we could possibly need. Loved the video Neil had made to show everything about the van which made the handover super quick and easy. Looking forward to our next trip! August 2022

We had a great holiday in Bernie G, communication with Neil was great from the time of booking up to our collection, really flexible on pick up times. Bernie G was great to spend a week travelling around Pembrokeshire, really luxurious and air conditioning was a real bonus as the weather was amazing, we would definitely book again. The video was also an added bonus as we were first time motor home users. August 2022

Great weekend camping at Silverstone, way pick up, easy communication, Neil is a great guy, camper was brilliant easy to use, all explained in video and then in person, made the whole rental easy, just of M1, easy pick up, thanks Conrad, left cloths behind then, Neil posted them to us. August 2022
