Positiv: Receptionen

Positiv: Posto adatto al relax, non comodissimo per chi non ha mezzi per muoversi in maniera indipendente come noi che eravamo in camper.

Verbesserungswürdig: L'accoglienza con personale che parla anche italiano, vista la vicinanza tra le nostre nazioni, non sarebbe una brutta idea. Inoltre per una incomprensione da parte vostra su una nostra richiesta, documentata online e a cui mi avete risposto, ovvero la presenza dei nostri 2 gatti, stavamo per lasciare l'alloggio con un giorno di anticipo, poichè ci era stato in un primo momento chiesto di non lasciare i gatti da soli nell'alloggio e poi dopo la nostra pacifica critica sull'accaduto, ci era stato indicato di lasciare i gatti dentro la loro gabbietta da trasporto, cosa per noi inconcepibile.

Verbesserungswürdig: La propreté des sanitaires, le nombre de cabine de douche (10 pour un si grand nombre de personnes, ce n'est pas aux normes) pas de cabinet de toilettes fermé pour l intimité. Mettre un 2eme trampoline

Positiv: All children activities like indoorplay, outdoorcastle, trampolines, soccerfield, warm waterpool, the fishing park were wonderful for the children (3y and 5y). We found a lot of fruit trees and plants and that was a cool adventure. They were flexible with swimwear and swimtoys which was nice. The pool was divided into a low and deep area. And enough beds for everyone.

Verbesserungswürdig: The bridges in the park were old and instable.

Positiv: Very Nice pool area, and big mobile home. The play area is quite good but also pretty worn down. The indoor play area is brilliant. The tennis court is very nice.

Verbesserungswürdig: They lack efficiency. The check in is a traffic mess. When somebody arrives at the camp, the entrance is blocked. Everything is managed on paper making everything to slow. The bar and restaurant could use an upgrade with their selections. The reception closes early and takes a “siesta” every day. They sell big mobile homes but not allowing in two cars even for loading, even if there is plenty of space. A completely unnecessary hassle. Lots of people season-campers, and our neighbour used 5 hours straight of loud electric tools in the middle of the day. The ev charging is not thought through

Positiv: Great location for exploring Disneyland and Paris Great pool and water slide Lovely, peaceful site with good size pitches Good snack bar

Verbesserungswürdig: Update toilet/ shower block- absolutely fine but could be modernised More extensive shop

Positiv: Il luogo è in piena campagna la natura intorno è molto bella. Campi foreste di querce cerbiatti e lepri.

Verbesserungswürdig: Servirebbe un negozio alimentare all'interno per le emergenze

Positiv: Great site. Small, peaceful with tennis court, playcentre, great swimming pool. Fab snack bar. We felt really relaxed and safe here. The kids loved it. Easy to get to Paris and Disney. Great supermarket about 20 mins drive. Staff very helpful. This is France maybe try and learn some french before you drive rather than complain staff don't speak great English. You will need to take kettle, sheets etc as accommodation is basic but sufficient. We loved our stay.
