Positiv: Camping calme à cette période et ombragé. Possibilité de se rendre au village de Brantome à pieds long de la Dronne, chemin de halage très agréable. Nous recherchions le repos et nous l'avons trouvé.

Excellent stay
Positiv: Lovely pitches, we were situated near the beach/river area. Washing facilities excellent. Pool good too. Very nice place to stay to visit the beautiful town of Brantome.
Verbesserungswürdig: We ungraded (paying more) to a larger pitch with services when booking online. When I tried to use my ACSI card upon arrival, I was told as I had upgraded, I couldn’t use the card for any discount. Only the basic of pitches were qualified for the ACSI discount. I didn’t say anything, but felt a bit cheated that this didn’t appear to be obvious when booking. Did I miss something??

Une semaine très agréable
Positiv: La piscine est vraiment très bien, les jeux pour enfant aussi. Tout est très propre est bien entretenu, Les emplacements et les mobile homes sont bien ombragés, les arbres sont magnifiques, pleins d'oiseaux et de papillons (même un écureuil !). Bref, que du bonheur...
Verbesserungswürdig: Pain et croissants disponibles plus tôt et aussi un service de location de draps.

Camping with friends
Positiv: Size of pitch excellent, very thoughtful to ensure our friends had adjoining pitch.
Verbesserungswürdig: Some confusion about using the pitch, when we arrived we were advised to reverse in due to the pitch being water logged which would enable us to be recovered if we could not drive out. The rumour on the site that this is a chargeable service, needs clarification.

Peace and total relaxation
Positiv: Friendly staff. Stunning scenery & wildlife. Very natural. Have visited many times and hope to do so again. Never ready to leave. Ticks all the boxes. Beautiful Brantome within easy access.
