Positiv: Staff very nice & welcoming, every where was super clean, beautiful surroundings, lots to do if you want but also quiet walks or sit at the lake to relax, loved the plants & flowers, the swimming pool was great and we had good food in the restaurant. Talked to quite a few people who come back year after year so it shows that it is a great place to stay. I will recommend it to my friends

Verbesserungswürdig: Le panneau indicateur "La Garangeoire" sur la D21 en provenance de St-Julien des Landes n'est pas assez visible.

Positiv: This has to be the best site we have ever stayed on. The site is exceptionally clean and has great facilities, including the swimming pool, restaurant and tennis courts).It's very peaceful and whilst it doesn't have internet across the whole site (centred around the reception area) the site did have a good mobile connection.

Verbesserungswürdig: I can't think of any.

Positiv: As soon as we drive up the drive way towards the house on the first day of our holiday we feel at home.

Verbesserungswürdig: Larger umbrellas outside reception and the little bar to give more shade. We love having coffee in the morning and a drink here in the evening.

Positiv: Accueil super et avec le sourire et la prise en compte de nos interrogations. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute, Lodge superbe : spacieux, très propre, emplacement très calme et ombragé Piscine agréable, restauration au bistrot de bonne tenue Situation avec parc à thême à proximité à 4mn. Ambiance familiale

Positiv: Goede plekken, goed, schoon, eigensanitair en vriendelijke personeel.

Verbesserungswürdig: op de camping zie ik geen verbetering, het is goed zoals het is. wel verbetering om te reserveren: als je premium boekt, dachten wij dat alles erbij zou zitten, jullie hanteren 3 verschillende premium plekken. dat was voor ons een beetje onduidelijk. dit hoor ik meer terug van menden die op de camping stonden. Wel het restaurant: een tip is: Wij gingen regelmatig eten maar ik ben vegetariër. er is maar 1 gerecht, wel erg lekker, heb ik dan ook elke keer genomen maar het zou fijn zijn dat je minimaal 2 gerechten zou hebben. en de kaart om de week. dus 2 kaarten.

Positiv: We liked arriving.! Always a very pleasant welcome from the team of people no matter what their role is. The site improvements are good especially the braided promenade segregating the wheeled from pedestrians. Accommodation and everywhere was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The hour before the slides were opened up allowed for a peaceful swim time. We first visited 35 years ago. Although the site has developed the environment and atmosphere hasn’t changed. We like arriving but we are always sorry to leave.

Verbesserungswürdig: Whilst there’s a footbath at the entrance to the pool the overhead shower couldn’t be operated despite valiant attempt by pool guy. Options are the shower next to the pool or in the ablutions near entrance. The new waste system was a bit hit and miss. I never mastered it.
