Positiv: I love everything about this campsite. The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. The pitches are a great size. There are lots of activities that were great for the kids, adults and family.I love the walled garden and the fact the owners are always on site to assist and chat. It feels really safe for children. We have come back here on numerous occasions.

Positiv: We had a great stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially Celia! We loved the lagoon and the pony trekking. Our pitch was in the shade and the kitchen and shower / WC facilities excellent. Our daughter loved the 'crepe making' and the evening entertainment especially the 'night swim'. We also loved the ladies toilets next to reception which was lovely and clean and great facilities. We are coming back next year.

Verbesserungswürdig: People reserving sun-beds round the pool when they aren't even there, so newcomers can't get a seat to observe / look after their children. I would have liked a sunbed on my pitch.

Positiv: We liked arriving.! Always a very pleasant welcome from the team of people no matter what their role is. The site improvements are good especially the braided promenade segregating the wheeled from pedestrians. Accommodation and everywhere was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The hour before the slides were opened up allowed for a peaceful swim time. We first visited 35 years ago. Although the site has developed the environment and atmosphere hasn’t changed. We like arriving but we are always sorry to leave.

Verbesserungswürdig: Whilst there’s a footbath at the entrance to the pool the overhead shower couldn’t be operated despite valiant attempt by pool guy. Options are the shower next to the pool or in the ablutions near entrance. The new waste system was a bit hit and miss. I never mastered it.

Positiv: We love the atmosphere, the grounds, the facilities, entertainment and the friendly nature of the staff.

Positiv: Très beau camping! Beaucoup de services et d’activités proposées sur place. Hôte accueillant et personnel souriant et attentionné. Très bon séjour! Dépaysement assuré! Bravo à vous !

Positiv: Camping avec tout le necessaire sur place , emplacement avec sanitaire + coin cuisine très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Terasse tres bien. Piscine et lagon génial et air de jeu superbe !

Verbesserungswürdig: Indication pour se repérer dans le camping, difficulté à trouver le chemin direct pour le lagon malgré 1 pancarte à l'accueil.

Positiv: The campsite was exactly what we wanted. It has a laid back feel, is well maintained and has activities to take part in if that's what you want to do. The owners are actively involved in the running of the campsite and it was very evident as you could see how much they cared about the customer experience, and how this fed through to the staff who also cared. We loved the wine tasting night, a really lovely experience. Also, the raft race was great family fun and we created super memories - we'll be back next year with a better raft!

Verbesserungswürdig: The sun loungers were very uncomfortable. Very difficult to lie comfortably without significant layering of towels. It would be good to add more loungers as it was often hard to find an empty one.

Positiv: A great site with loads of things to do. Really lovely family friendly atmosphere. The facilities were very clean. Takeaway was good and loved the walled garden.

Verbesserungswürdig: Sun loungers were uncomfortable and there could be more of them. Whilst the water fountains were great, it would be helpful if you could pay by card as we struggled to load up the cashless bracelet initially.

Positiv: Environnement, prestations et services de qualité.

Positiv: We had a wonderful holiday at La Garangeoire and will be back next year! We especially enjoyed the swimming pools and slides, and the entertainment provided. Our children loved the football training!
