Positiv: Très agréable WE au calme en cette fin septembre 2024. Nous avons même pu profiter des jeux pour enfants et de la terrasse !

Positiv: Great location and a wonderful camping site. The staff are welcoming and efficient with a quick booking in process. Having an account helps here and I'd recommend having one. The site is in walking distance of the town where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and relax. There is plenty of culture as well. Don't forget the river. So much to see and do.

Positiv: Location is excellent, toilets and showers clean, pitch a good size and mostly grass. Welcoming staff in reception. Good facilities. Overall an excellent site which I have visited many times previously.

Verbesserungswürdig: The restaurant menu was limited to a buffet of hot meat and fish stews with cold sides - coleslaw, shredded carrots etc, unfortunately not to my taste. Lamb was neck and probably not cooked long enough as very chewy. Saffron chicken was excellent. I would have preferred a wider choice of food such as burgers /pizza. The chef and staff were welcoming. A notice in the shower block said to remove footwear before entering the shower area, which I did. Good idea but doesn’t work as other people left muddy footprints on the tiles that I had to avoid after showering, resulting in gritty feet!
