Verbesserungswürdig: Platz entsprach nicht unserer Vorstellung vom Castle caravaning Platz

Positiv: Große Stellplätze, ruhige Lage, großer Pool Bereich + Hallenbad + See zum Baden.

Verbesserungswürdig: Morgens sollte vor Öffnung des Poolbereiches die vielen Blätter im Pool entfernt werden.

Positiv: Die hohen Bäume, der alte gewachsene Wald am See.

Verbesserungswürdig: Bessere Lautstärken Kontrolle von Party Gruppen am Wochenende.

Positiv: Facilities good if they had all been available, but our stay coincided with the last week of opening and some activities were closed, other curtailed as to days / hours available. The shop which the website says is so well stocked was very limited in fresh produce. Bar not opening until mid day. Kids club only until Thursday. Pitches are a good size but ours had significant mole activity meaning muddy lumps everywhere. Main pool very cold, small number of sun beds. Lake very good. The last night was significantly impacted by the staff partying with loud music until 3 am

Verbesserungswürdig: If the site is advertised as open then ensure all facilities are available and dont make guests feel that you are clearing up and cant wait for them to leave to do so. Had all facilities been available all week rating would have been higher. Suggest you dont stay in the last week before they close ( which this year was 29th August - very early)

Positiv: All staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool looks good but it was too crowded for us to use (it is a fair size but is smaller than it looks on the website) - we used the lake instead which was nice. There is lots for families to do here, and we found nice walks through the woodland. The parc should do more with this feature, perhaps create more cycle friendly routes around the woodland. The parc has a business room where you can remote work for free. This is a good feature that more campsites should adopt. It would be good if more was done (shop and Restaurant) for gluten free needs.

Verbesserungswürdig: The site is very remote and there are virtually no transport links - a car is really needed to get around. We used a taxi once but was ripped off.

Positiv: De camping is mooi gelegen en er worden veel activiteiten georganiseerd. Veel uitstapjes in de omgeving. Het meer is fijn om te suppen. Mooi nieuw sanitairgebouw

Verbesserungswürdig: Ik vind het geen 5 sterren camping, daarvoor verwacht ik betere voorzieningen. Het mag allemaal wat beter onderhouden worden. Restaurant zou wat meer keuze mogen hebben en de bar zou ook veel beter aangekleed kunnen worden. Mooie ruimte, maar sfeerloos. Prima om afval te scheiden, maar de containers staan helemaal aan het begin van de camping. Niet echt handig.

Positiv: De fijne stacaravan met airco en vaste varanda en het meer

Verbesserungswürdig: In de avond verlichting op de paden en meer ruimte bij zwembad. Tegels worden te heet.

Positiv: Le site est assez grand pour que les hébergements soient calmes et ombragés les activités sont variées pour le calme ou le sport le tout dans la nature c'est très bien. Le club enfants le matin est très bien pour permettre aux parents de gérer les courses le nettoyage etc. Le soir au bar bon divertissement avec arrêt à 23h00 c'est très bien

Positiv: Korte overnachting, tussendoor camping. Camping ziet er verzorgd uit, hartelijk personeel
