Positiv: The park was very tidy and all the staff helpful.

Verbesserungswürdig: The waste recycling area near the gate was confusing about what went where. Maybe try to allocate areas for each type of waste and clearly signpost them. There was a lot of mixing of types of waste.

Positiv: Location, the lake & pool are a great asset to the site . Yoga class was amazing! Thank you for providing this relaxing opportunity just 5 mins away from the site .

Verbesserungswürdig: More sun loungers . As an older active couple who meet family here with teenagers, the prices for the holiday did not reflect the amount we actually used the activities & events that were organised. I feel that we didn’t perhaps get value for money. However I feel for families with younger children it is a great value holiday.

Positiv: It was all good it have great facilities for the family holiday. The restaurant food was not the best was disappointing with the food. Great shop had everything you could need well done.

Verbesserungswürdig: Première expérience dans un 5 étoiles, mais franchement au niveau de la propreté, ce n'est pas au niveau. Les emplacements non tondus (il est vrai il avait plu), piscine pas propre (feuilles mortes au fond), sanitaires nettoyés qu'à partir de 10h30.... Les parterres non nettoyés, les toiles d'araignées de l'année dernière encore en place....
