Positiv: A lovely chilled and relaxing place to stay, a large pitch, with plenty of space to relax. Lovely atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.

Positiv: This was our 43rd year we stayed at Chateau de Chanteloup .. and again it was lovely meeting all our international friends during our months stay. Valerie and Benoit are special hosts .

Positiv: Woodland paths, quiet and peaceful site within nature. Large pitches, modern laundry (once you have downloaded the app it is easy to use). I downloaded and read the welcome leaflet and was pleased to see your approach to sustainability. Site itself is nice with elegant Chateau and grounds.

Verbesserungswürdig: Disappointed that despite the ban on BBQs for fire safety reasons, some people persisted in using BBQs. At a previous site on this trip, we were asked to sign to say that we would not use a BBQ of any type whilst on the site. It was a large site and everyone observed this. Disappointed that guests put plastic and other waste in the Bio Waste bin by the washing up sinks. Also disappointed that guests leave food waste in the sinks and do not leave them clean after use. No practical public transport nearby. A trip to Le Mans was not practical. Menu in restaurant limited.
