Positiv: We have stayed at Chantaloup since 2008 as our base for the 24 hours race. Valerie, Binot and their team do a fantastic job making people welcome. Since they have taken over, you can see they have taken a good setup and improved it.

Verbesserungswürdig: Le restaurant pourra peut-être proposé le matin un petit-déjeuner plus complet p.ex. Formule déjeuner continental (omelette, oeuf, saucisses, confitire, beurre etc)

Positiv: As always, a lovely welcome at the Chateau from the team, fantastic facilities, showers, pool, bar, restaurant, breakfast delivery, little shop on site. Absolutely love the new "premium" package of fridge, furniture, BBQ in a little container waiting on our site.

Positiv: A weekend trip to visit Le Mans 24 Hr , and annual pilgrimage for myself and friends

Positiv: Stayed during Le Mans 24 hour week. We enjoyed all the activities put on by the owners and staff. The site is spacious and spotless, with a lovely pool area. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous I cannot recommend this site highly enough. We will definitely be back.

Verbesserungswürdig: We did have difficulty finding the grey water outlet. The chemical waste could be more accessible.

Positiv: Everything! Great welcome, great atmosphere, meeting old friends, good beer (very good beer!), good toilet/shower facilities, great car show/party on Friday and the photo of my dearly departed best friend still up behind the bar! Thank you so much for making it a special trip.

Verbesserungswürdig: Nothing to do with the site, but some guys (the large group with a selection of sports cars) were making noise past 2am early on Monday morning when we were trying to sleep ahead of a 7am departure that day.

Positiv: What can I say? The Chanteloup Dream Team have been amazing yet again - you will not find a more friendly, attentive and welcoming team anywhere in France! We have been coming here every year for many, many years and we will continue to do so! Not only the quality and cleanliness of the amenities, bar, restaurant and grounds brings us back - the people, the programme offered, and the feeling of community with the team and also the other guests is second to none. We will be back - AGAIN!

Positiv: Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good facilities kept clean despite being very busy. The morning baguette and quasonts excellent value and quality.

Verbesserungswürdig: Friday nights music lasted until 2.0 am and should have finished earlier. Very loud and no chance of sleeping.
