Positiv: Le camping est très calme et proche du centre de Carentan. Nous avions une vue sur le port avec ses bateaux. Nous avons visité les plages du débarquement.

Positiv: The campsite is well placed for the town and surrounding area where the marshes hold great bird life. Cycling in the area is good. The campsite has good facilities and we especially enjoyed using the pool. We love staying here and expect to return.

Verbesserungswürdig: Electriciteitspalen staan zeer ver weg, zodat lang snoer nodig is. Personeel mag wel wat vriendelijker en begripvoller.

Verbesserungswürdig: Internet instable ( comme souvent en France hélas), et très dommage:on entend très fort les bruits de la N13. Mais ça : le camping ne peut pas y remédier.

Positiv: The location of Haut Dick camping to the main Cherbourg route national, making for a great location for onward travel to Cherbourg port. The historic town of Carentan, its small port, church and shops all just a short walk of less than 5-10 minutes along footpaths and cycle paths from the camping. Friendly reception team who had reserved us a pitch from our advance requirements without surcharge. Fresh bread ordered evening before.
