Positiv: Notwithstanding the unseasonably wet weather we again enjoyed the first three weeks of our stay at Le Domaine d'Oleron. We were given a warm welcome by Melusine, Ben, Wayne and the other staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We witnessed examples of this both in relation to our own requirements and those of others. The persistant wet weather caused problems for a number of us and Ben, in particular, was unstinting in his efforts to resolve and alleviate their effects. His work around the site over the last year landscaping with flowers, plants and other improvements has enhanced the site.

Verbesserungswürdig: L'emplacement était très abîmé par des ornières difficile de marcher, ont ne m'a pas proposer de solution pour le changement d'emplacement après Une demande a l'accueil, ont m'a répondu qu'il ne sont pas au courant du problème j'ai du partir 1 journée plus tôt a cose de sa et ont ne veux pas me rembourser la journée, dommage que votre politique est de facturer Un maximum.
