Positiv: Despite having a confirmed booking of 5 nights the campsite were surprised at our arrival. The campsite was water logged and we should have been notified about this but weren't. We'd travelled 5 hours to get there and were very disappointed. Stayed one night on a very soft wet pitch and left the following morning.

Verbesserungswürdig: Check their bookings so they know who is arriving, when they are expected and how long they are staying for. Communicate problems in advance so that guests have the oppourtunity to change their plans.
