Positiv: Easy walk into town which was nice. Good sized pitches on grass.

Verbesserungswürdig: Change of attitude in one of the ladies who was extremely rude and told lies about what pitches were available. We were given a hard pitch that was like a building site. When my wife asked politely to be moved she was told there were no pitches available as they were fully booked. I went in and insisted and was given a grass pitch that was extremely difficult to access snd egress. I counted 10 empty pitches that night and 12 the following night. She made it clear we were only there for 2 nights why complain? If that's your customer service we won't be back.

Positiv: Dat we toch vroeger binnenkonden. Normaal was t pas 16uur maar we hadden gereserveerd en een mail gekregen dat we vanaf 14 uur binnen mochten. Maar zat in de stam...

Verbesserungswürdig: Late aankomst als je niet vroeger binnen mag.

Positiv: Loved it here for two nights while we had a break from 3 weeks of travelling. Caught up with our washing and enjoyed the shade from the sun with the beautiful trees surrounding the campsite. Everything we needed. Easy walk into the town. Helpful multi lingual staff.

Positiv: Friendly reception staff on a site that is well placed for a stop over to visit Saverne. It was a short cycle ride to reach the town. The covered pool on site was stiflingly hot so we couldn’t use it.

Verbesserungswürdig: The shower block was dated but reasonably clean. The site was tricky to find even with SatNav. There was limited info for travellers as this seemed to be a site that catered for people who knew the area.

Positiv: Lots of shade. Spotless showers and toilets. Nice pool. Well kept grounds. Herbs growing in planters ,to help yourself to , is a really nice touch.

Verbesserungswürdig: Provide toilet seats. Opening the bar before 15th June, especially as the site was almost full. Provide laundry facilities.
