Positiv: Staff was very friendly. Facilities where excellent, also for smaller children.

Verbesserungswürdig: The opening times and reservation system for the pool. This is perhaps a welltought solution, but for the children this was a minus.

Positiv: The campsite itself is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The grounds are spotless, the facilities are clean, and it is clear that a lot of care and effort goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. It is a lovely place to stay and enjoy nature in a peaceful environment.

Verbesserungswürdig: Unfortunately, the reception felt cold and impersonal, more like checking into a hotel than arriving at a welcoming campsite. Camping should feel warm and friendly, but that was missing. We also found the pool policy difficult to understand. Guests are limited to just one 45-minute session in the afternoon. When temperatures are well above 30°C, this restriction is frustrating, as the pool is one of the few places to cool down and relax during the hottest part of the day.

Positiv: Very nice camping, perfectly maintained, perfect bathing building. At a very good location to explore the area.

Verbesserungswürdig: Just very little green (grass) to play on for the kids, at the pitch itself as well as at the playground, where there are just wood chips. Also, it would be a lot better if cars would be mandatory to park at a separate car park, now all pitches and streets on the campsite are crowded with cars, which also drive back and forth the entire day.

Positiv: A campsite in a wonderful location. There are many tourist attractions nearby. The Völser Weiher lake is great for a relaxing day.

Verbesserungswürdig: I really miss a small bar at the campsite, where you can start your daily hike after having a croissant and a coffee in the morning. And in the evening you can relax with a drink while watching the World Cup final, for example. Well, on the day of the World Cup final, Sunday, everything was closed at the campsite. It felt strange, as if Italy had denied that such a world event was happening...

Positiv: Verblijf op een A plek, zijn de goedkoopste plekken. Een plek aan de voorzijde betaal je voor het uitzicht.

Verbesserungswürdig: Toegang tot het zwembad, je moet een dag vooraf reserveren. De pizza automaten, maak een afhaal mogelijkheid. Eventueel uitbreiden met snacks, patat enz.

Positiv: Nice view on the mountains, free public transport. New kids playground looks fantastic!

Verbesserungswürdig: I understand that it is needed to reserve a spot at the swimming pool but often there were not 40 people in the swimming pool. Hope there is a better solution in the future.

Positiv: Een mooi gelegen camping aan de voet van de Seiser Alm. Rustige, zeer verzorgde camping, met erg luxe sanitair.

Verbesserungswürdig: Het restaurant was teleurstellend: zo snel mogelijk afhandelen. Jammer en niet passend bij de uitstraling en de prijzen.

Positiv: Servizio eccellente in ogni aspetto: pulizia, ordine, reception, piscina, cura estetica, organizzazione, ecc.
