Positiv: I liked the campsite and the unit a lot however we had no air con when we arrived. We booked a premium cabin so we’re very surprised. We notified staff immediately on checkin and had various members of staff arrive who assured us it would be sorted. It was hot and we had a sick child so it was important.i was stressed as the office was closing and still hadn’t been fixed. They again assured me it would be fixed and gave me an out of hours number. Later the technician said it couldn’t be fixed till the next day at approximately 9pm. Verbesserungswürdig: We then had to sleep on a hot night with no air con and a sick child. We had to open all the windows for air and got badly bitten by mosquitoes. It was a nightmare first night with very little sleep and lots of stress. We had multiple staff members arrive who didn’t know what they were doing. The first staff member who came to help started looking at the tv remote when we complained about the air con. We paid 4500 in premium and it wasn’t premium service. The first day of the holiday was completely ruined by stress and lack of sleep. I requested a refund for the first night and no response

Positiv: We loved Le Vieux Port. Kids thought pool area was fantastic. We loved forest setting by beach. Felt very secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed to find fee for tennis courts. We had already paid for stay, surely these were included as we had our own rackets. The pastries sold at the kiosk was fantastic and well used by us

Positiv: Hemos estado una semana en una tienda eco 4pax, los baños comunitarios siempre están muy limpios ya que están limpiando constantemente, el camping está muy cuidado y el parque acuático lo mismo. Lo hemos pasado genial en familia. Somos 3, la Niña tiene 6 años, el camping está orientado a familias

Positiv: Camping ok , belle espace aquatique. Wifi payant et défaillant et TV en option payant également dans un camping 5 étoiles cela fait tâche à mon goût., Ces petits détails qui vous gâchent votre semaine de vacances surtout quand vous souhaitez suivre le Tour de France ….

Verbesserungswürdig: Wifi de meilleurs qualité et/ ou gratuite vu la qualité actuel. TV Gratuite vu le prix d’un séjour dans un 5 étoiles…

Positiv: Les animations proposées, club enfant qui permet aux parents de se retrouver (notamment au spa). L'océan à proximité. Les piscines et divers toboggan.

Verbesserungswürdig: Bug sur l'application les 2 premiers jours impossible d'inscrire les enfants aux activités. Pour l'accès aux piscines, il serait me semble-t-il judicieux d'interdire les strings de bain par mesure d'hygiène comme le sont les shorts/bermudas de bain.

Verbesserungswürdig: Pas dormi durant tout le sejour...les ports des sanitaires qui claquent toutes les nuits, les jeunes qui sont bruyant la nuit, et les laveur des sanitaires qui claquent aussi les portent des 6h30, qui parlent au tel des 7h comme s'ils étaient tout seuls. Me suis plaisent 4 fois mais rien n'a été fait malgré leur dire....mettez déjà des tampons de chaises aux portes ( c'est pas compliqué...ensuite tout est excessivement cher...on se moquent des clients franchement
