Positiv: The camping resort itself was lovely. The facilities were all great and the beach is absolutely stunning.

Verbesserungswürdig: The accomodation, the classic caravans are not fir for purpose. The are too small to be usable and the one we stayed in was very dirty and old. The walls were dirty, the furniture had stains on it. The bedroom was so small you only have several.inches between the bed and the wall making it impossible to comfortable change in the room. The childrens bedroom had a bunkbed that wasn't attached to the wall so when my child went to climb up to the top bunk, it tipped over. Also the warbrode in that room is actually blocked by the bunkbed so is unusalble.

Positiv: It was a nice location.

Verbesserungswürdig: I wish there was a shuttle service to Vieux Boucau as taxi service was awful. It is a long walk to town and the bus stops are not easy to find. We had to pay for wi fi and it was expensive. Wish it was inclusive. I wish there was a long deeper pool for adults to swim.

Positiv: The premium chalet was spotlessly clean and a great base for our holiday.

Verbesserungswürdig: Our specific chalet backed onto a camping pitch - this did not help with the Premium positioning; a less respectable neighbour than the one we had would have been an issue.

Verbesserungswürdig: Propreté dans les allées du camping dû certainement au fait qu’il n’y a aucune poubelle disponible. Rapport qualité prix du snack de la piscine un peu cher pour ce qui est servi Les Pizzas servies au comptoir à emporter dans le camping pourraient être mieux fournies compte tenu du prix demandé.

Positiv: Me retrouver au milieu des pins landais

Verbesserungswürdig: A chaque passage au sanitaire il y avait une odeur d'urine très forte, les plastiques d'évacuation dans les douches étaient tous cassés L'accueil est devenu une usine ou le client est très peu considéré

Positiv: Accès très facile à la plage

Verbesserungswürdig: Tous les services, comme la plupart des restaurants, les spectacles, les activités, le mini-club, l'espace sportif, etc., se trouvent à l'extérieur du camping. Il faut donc traverser une zone très fréquentée par les voitures qui entrent et sortent, les piétons, les vélos, etc.
