Decent vehicle but difficult to reach the owner at times, also no bedding or any extras in the van so make sure to brinf things.
David
Van provided was better than expected and David and Daniel were friendly and fast to answer and help.
The Citroën camper van was very capable and was pretty nice to drive once you got used to it. It has one single bed and one double bed, a mini fridge, a sink, a kitchen fire and plenty of storage room.
If only, when there was heavy rain, a bit of water leaked through the sliding door, but it's not big deal.
Overall very satisfied.

Thank you so much for renting our campervan it was an absolute pleasure . We are very sorry you experienced some water issues , we have looking into it and the seal at the top had been pinched so this has now all been replaced.

Easy, friendly and straight forward process to getting the van.
Van was exactly as advertised, with everything required and worked perfectly.
Company was easy to deal with, would highly recommend hiring Bert!

Do not use this company. The van provided (Fiat) was not the one advertised (Mercedes). No apology. No explanation. No refund. Much lower specification. No kitchen equipment. No proper handover. No paperwork provided. All in all, the worst hire experience imaginable. It is a badly run company, not an individual.
Van good. Company far too casual: initial briefing too fast and brief-we had to leave not fully sure how everything worked. Main problem was the bottled gas ran out on day 2, meaning we had to waste 2 hours and 40 miles looking for a replacement late on a Sat. pm. Fuel tank was only 2/3 full. As a new member of Goboony, they have a lot to learn.
