Very poor communication from owner, especially when reporting faults or making complaints. After receiving the Motorhome we discovered that there was diesel in the water tank. This meant that we had no water for the duration of our trip away. On our departure journey we noticed an awful smell and discovered that the toilet was jammed and hadn’t been cleaned, it was filthy. Some of the cupboards started to fly open as the catches were broken and held closed with blu tac and the more we looked we realised that everything was broken, filthy and unfit for purpose. The mattresses were filthy so we slept in our tent. The drawers and cooking/eating implements were dirty and smelly so we used our own and the window blinds didn’t close. We also went through double the amount of fuel than any other Motorhome we have rented before. It is most definitely not economical to drive any distance. We were informed that we would receive a refund on our return to make up for the issues that we had but it has turned out to be a token gesture and nothing agreed by us. The owner has also refused to answer any of our messages or emails so I have had to pass on all information and photographs to Goboony and await the outcome.
