We were absolutely satisfied. It was our honeymoon, and this car was amazing, it has a great vibe. Joao was always quick to answer and help. There was nothing problem with the car. Unfortunately one time I bumped the side of it in the old town in Lagos. First of all, better to avoid old towns with this car, secondly, Joao was really nice, we could agree nicely on the repair, there was no drama. This car is wonderful, I can only suggest it:)

Joao was super nice, everything went smoothly and the van was very cozy!

João est super réactif, on a eu un soucis avec le van, il a contacté l’assurance pour nous et c’est occupé du problème. Il nous a donné un autre van, car le nôtre avait besoin de rester au garage quelques jours. Le van est très pratique, pour une première expérience en van, on est ravis ! João nous a tout expliqué pour l’eau, et tous les petits détails logistique, après le van est très bien aménagé donc c’est juste un vrai bonheur de faire des vacances avec ! Il nous a même déposé à l’aéroport avec le van quand on lui a redonné ! Petit détail pratique :il y a les serviettes de fournies ( ça nous aurait fais gagner de la place dans nos sacs si on a l’avait su avant) 🙂 Merci João !!

Das Auto war prinzipiell so wie beschrieben. Die Außentoilette war nicht a Board, weil der Vermieter meinte sie wird eh nie benutzt. Außerdem war das Gas für den verbauten Herd nach einem mal kochen leer. Der Vermieter flüchtete sich in ausreden und wir konnten nur den Camping Kocher benutzen. Der “Kühlschrank” war eher eine Kühlbox und schaffte es mit egal welcher Einstellung nicht unter 13 Grad. Was zur Folge hatte dass uns ab und an mal was schlecht geworden ist. Bei Abholung war vor allem die kleine Küche überaus dreckig und wir haben erstmal 1-2 Stunden damit verbracht alles zu reinigen und Dinge die man nicht reinigen konnte zu entsorgen. Insgesamt ist Rio (so haben wir das Auto getauft) ein süßer Van und es macht Echt Spaß mit ihm zu reisen. Für einen kurzen Trip (unter 2 Wochen) vollkommen ausreichend. Leider haben wir oben beschrieben einige Begleitumstände dazu geführt, dass unsere Reise nicht ganz so war wie geplant.

I had the lovely T3 for a week and I loved the experience! It was easy to get in touch with João and he was available when I needed support. Also he brought me back to the airport!! Everything was working and the T3 is in great shape so I never had to worry about my safety. (The camping toilet is not in there anymore just in case that is important to you). If you’re seeking for a relaxed road trip around Lisbon this would be a perfect experience! I’m happy and if I come back I’d definitely call this cutie my home again ❤️
